They could not possibly be any worse, avoid like the plague. They won’t like me redeem a measly 240 dollars despite the fact that I’ve uploaded over 5 documents proving that I’m the owner of the account and the sole purchaser. The low rating is absolutely warranted, and this is a complete scam website. I’ve played at over 30 sweeps casinos and ALL of them have let me redeem my winning. They set the bar for the new low standard in this industry and shouldn’t be allowed to operate in any capacity. DO NOT PLAY HERE.

The WORST sweeps casino out there!
The worst sweeps casino out there. First when you buy the coins you can only use them on certain games. Then there is a playthrough x20. And some of the games the starting bid that is automatically on there is $2 but then there is some that is $10!!! This is straight up trickery! And robbery in my opinion. And they payout is nothing. Out of about 50 spins I won my bet back 3 times. That was it. Nothing more. All they did was take take take! Horrible casino! There are way better sweepstakes casinos out there like Mcluck and Spinblitz. Dont waste your time or money it is crap!

I requested to have a purchase limit on…
I requested to have a purchase limit on my account, they sent me an email to confirm it was done; however the system kept letting me make purchases. I contacted them multiple times to now not only have my account blocked but also had a redemption pending and I have no clue what the status is of it. I requested a refund of all purchases made today due to their non-compliance with Responsible Gaming. Beware of this site - especially if you rely on setting up responsible gaming tools. I will be reaching out to Delaware Attorney General office as well since they have an office located there - they are based out of Ireland so I will be looking into other avenues to report them as well. At this point I just want the money back - they can keep me blocked.

Garbage site, do not play here! I play over 20 other platforms and this one is one of the worst. No game selection. And Im fairly certain they have rigged the few games they have. I have never hit a bonus on any of them. It's ridiculous

I got the $10 for $20 package as a…
I got the $10 for $20 package as a welcome bonus. I won $700 but after I was verified and tried to redeem it kept showing an error. Now it says I have a negative $1199 balance and that’s not even possible. I’ve emailed and haven’t really been able to get it resolved. I tried to talk to an agent but all I got was an ibot saying the same things no real person.

was on the site for about 20 minutes. i got 2 free sc, went to play and it wouldnt show up. i contacted tech support and there was a list of hundreds of games that were excluded from free play. if they are going to do that why bother giving out a daily bonus anyway? if they are that rinkydink i can just about imagine how hard it would be to chisel out a redemption from them. i asked to close my account. im glad i didnt buy the 20 for 10 coin pack
