Incorrect colour
Was so looking forward to getting this saree, but was so disappointed when it arrived. The colour was supposed to be Rani Pink. What I got was Red, looks nothing like any Pink I know. I can not wear this to my Nephew's wedding. It's going to cost me double to send it back. I understand that there would be some difference in colour, but not a completely different colour, so disappointed

I was having problems placing an order
I was having problems placing an order, the web site was not working for me to purchase, it looked like the order went through twice. So I made a help ticket. Shabbir emailed me promptly and took care of my problem. I got the items ordered and he made sure I didn't have a double order. I ordered a lehenga
I ordered a lehenga, a salwar suit, and a kids’ lehenga. I later realized that I had entered the wrong size for my lehenga. I reached out, hoping it could be fixed, and a lovely lady named Sangeetha went above and beyond, she updated my order afterward, took my measurements, and corrected everything.
I was really nervous, but when I received my package, everything was more than perfect. The outfits matched the pictures exactly!

I ordered clothes back in February for ny girlfriend. Its now April 1 and i still have yet to receive my package. I seen ait said it was delivered out of nowhere the first time. Go outside no package. I thought maybe someone stole it so i got it redelivered again. This time where two doorbell cameras are at. Yet again no package. No one has came by at all. I ordered a dress for Eid mid February because I wanted it to come in time, and it said it would deliver by March 5th, and Eid was March 20th so I assumed it’d be fine! When it wasn’t delivered by March 5th, I checked the tracking and it said due to a manufacturing delay it would come March 12th. I still didn’t worry because that’s a whole week left until Eid, but then it didn’t come March 12th. The new date said March 18th, and I became very worried and upset. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they responded the next day and said it would come on time and not to worry since it’s priority now. I didn’t believe them and grew more anxious because in the tracking it was still in India, but it was an Eid miracle because it suddenly sped up and delivered two days before Eid! I was so happy and amazed at their customer service! This is a really good website! They have pretty clothes for good prices, and they have never let me down even though this time I was scared they would. Thank you!! A lot of people didn’t get their outfits overseas in time, but I did and I would really like to thank them.

Wish I could give zero stars
Wish I could give zero stars! Impressively poor communication and mishandling from this company. Despite purchasing well over a month prior to a wedding in India, all the outfits arrived multiple weeks after expected. I paid extra for expedited delivery. I had to send multiple emails over the course of two and a half weeks to figure out shipping. Of four outfits ordered, three arrived late. Two arrived with broken clasps. Two poorly fit and were poorly made to the point where sequins left my arms with cuts after less than an hour's wear. A friend also had a terrible experience with shipping, sizing, and customer service. My significant other has faced a NIGHTMARE with all of the above issues, and we are STILL attempting to resolve it daily. Mind you, the event we needed the outfits for was over a week ago. We managed to travel to India and back before any steps were taken to resolve this embarrassing lack of quality or professionalism. For the hundreds of dollars spent, this has been tremendously unwortwhile, I could not speak poorer of our experiences. Happy that others had better experiences, but I would never gamble my money, time, or self-respect this way again.
EDIT: In response to their reply, we have already been in touch with someone from your team and have active email threads. Not sure why you're claiming that you can't trace down the info. No need to save face on these reviews.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
I was very reluctant to order from here after reading some reviews about the Customer Service and no response as well as delay of delivery. And I can say I experienced all of the above. Even after placing an order over 3 weeks ago with and Eid promised Delivery, yet even after 5 days after the supposed delivery date I have not had any correspondence nor tracking details as to why there is any delays. DO NOT ORDER.
An update, I got told on whatsapp chat after I messaged the company that apparently due to quality reasons on 1 item they have decided to pull the stock, with zero communication to inform me. However it is still on their website for people to purchase so that is a lie, and the other dress has still not been dispatched for no other reason with the delivery date over a week ago. But now have been told it will be dispatched in 24 hours with it being delivered well into April when I dont need any of these items. I can not say enough! DO NOT BUY!
This website is an absolute scam. Please be warned and dont make the same mistake I did thinking it cant happen to you

Beautiful quality saree and accessories
The saree that arrived is absolutely beautiful, made to the highest standard, wonderful detailing, simple gorgeous. The first saree I ordered didn’t quite meet what I was looking for, but the customer service team helped me through the easy and straightforward return me process, where I received a credit to make the new purchase.
