I ordered a custom fitted dress in…
I ordered a custom fitted dress in August of 2025. The dress was not to the right size. The dress was finally shipped to a Cbazzar US facility for alteration. It seemed they provided the wrong label and they had to resend it to somewhere else. After that there has been back and forth for the last 4 months. It seems they have lost the dress somewhere. Finally they have stopped responding at all.

We ordered 3 magenta pink outfits
We ordered 3 magenta pink outfits. What we recived was maroon outfit that we did not order.
Trying to ask for a refund has been the most hardest thing to do.
When we log in to our account no order is showing so we cannot start a return.

I ordered three items, two were custom made. Only one arrived in time promised. The other two arrived after my function. Of the two only one even fit. Very disappointing.

Very good customer service
I have been very happy dealing with CBazaar. They are so responsive with every query I have had in ordering clothing for a wedding event I have in India. With each query, their response is given very quickly. I ordered an outfit yesterday, realised I had ordered the incorrect size this morning, sent an email early this morning and before lunch I received an reply stating that the order had been corrected as per my email. Very good customer service.

I asked the customer service before…
I asked the customer service before placing the order if it will he delivered before the specific date I needed. Everytime they said yes, asked every other day, they said the same thing. I needed for the wedding. Paid close to $400 and express shipping. Today they changed the date to 4 days later. Very poor service
Dont buy from them. Total scammers. They will ask you to pay money and then wont deliver it on-time. Today i ended up canceling my order. Unfortunately I wont have anything for the wedding.

Terrible experience - don’t waste your money
I ordered an outfit.
The outfit delivered was the wrong oufit, not what I chose.
The size was also wrong.
Trying to get a refund has been very hard work.
I’m still waiting to receive it all. Yes still..
I also had to pay for the return. I have now received it. It took a lot of time and effort from my side to get that back, it was not easy.
Just wanted to add on, I had been asking the company if the order has been delivered to the uk centre. I was told it hadn’t been delivered . Luckily I have been able to track the delivery. It showed it was delivered on 25/10/25. I had to constantly contact them asking for a refund.
It has been a lot of stress and hard work, for something that was not an error on my part.
Update- I have received the return refund, something I had to ask for. Not something they were going to do initially.
The actual order I was told in message i’d receive £60. This hasn’t been the case. I’ve had an email to say the refund will be £53.10.
I have nothing good to say.
A lot of time and energy has been used to get my money back. A mistake from this company has cost me money that I probably won’t get back.
Another update- the company have not refunded me fully. They have stopped replying to my messages.
To get my money back (most of it) I had to contact them most days. They would have not done this themselves even though it was an error on their part.
I do not recommend ordering from this company- worst decision I made was giving them a chance.
The reply to this review was a while ago. Since then I have been contacting them to try and get all of my money back. I still don’t have it all back and we’re in November.

AWFUL PLEASE AVOID
Awful company and business. I ordered 3 items (one hasn't arrived and order was placed in June). All promises made with Sangeetha on emails were not fulfilled. Cheap, tacky items received and I can't even return as I didn't receive everything. Despite explaining my frustration they ask me to contact Aramex who never get back to you it respond to any emails/ phone numbers don't work. Save your money and to elsewhere! Avoid this company at all costs. I'm £200 down with a load of tat which is going to end up in the bin.
