I had an issue with my vape pen…
I had an issue with my vape pen not working correctly, I contacted customer services with my issue and received a response 10 minutes later! I received great customer service from Claudia who explained to me every reason why it may not be working before sending me a returns label, I sent it back with ease and received a new vape pen 3 days after I sent it off! The new pen works perfectly and I am very happy. Big thank you to Claudia for her swift and friendly response. Would purchase from here again! :))

Unfortunate but resolved
Really happy with delivery time and personalised message from the md however the item tank was empty and the contents on the outside of the device waiting to hear from company for a resolution
Happy to adjust review upon resolution of issue

After very little required from myself to prove the item was in fact defective a very swift resolution was reached amazingly impressive customer relations and again hand written note from the md to express his disappointment with the original outcome was a touch that shows this small company cares about its customers!

Yes you are right and we have apologised for not being thorough enough when dispatching your order. Although the team updated our records they failed to update it on the Royal Mail system. We have already put in place a solution to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
And we apologise again for the inconvenience and unnecessary delay to you.
Within the hour of you contacting us we responded and you have agreed for us to dispatch another out to you and we are dispatching with faster delivery to reduce the inconvenience as much as possible.
