I was skeptical about this company cos…
I was skeptical about this company cos I didn't see any reviews on their website like the others. Well I've received my order today as promised and I am so impressed omg!! I got the lemon og cos in real life I'd always go for a lemon haze and upon opening the sachet it smelled like the real thing!! I love the design of the vape pen and its the first vape pen where it doesnt give that weird clumped up chemical oil back flow sensation where it hurts my throat. It is smooth and preheats. Just use the button when vaping and I wasn't expecting that much vapor to come out when I first smoked it. Could maybe even hotbox with it lol. Also customer service was great. I hadn't received any update on my order so i just messaged them and they gave me accurate update and my order was with me next day. I'm gonna order 1 of each flavour on payday. Also hand written message from the md made my day too :) finally a proper place with proper stuff!

Hi Jonno,
Sorry to hear you had trouble with some of the EndoFlo pens. Ideally we would have liked you to reach out to us to let us know you were having trouble so we could help you resolve it.
These pens require charging and/or need to be switched on. Please try the following:
1) Charge the dead pens for a short while
2) Press the button 5 times quickly to switch them on. A light just behind and around the button will flash 3 times to show it is now on.
3) Hold the button down and take a puff as you would normally.
This should get those 4 pens working.
Please let us know how you get on.

I don't recommend the CBD vapes.
I've purchased x2 CBD disposable vapes "The big one". The delivery was fast, but the CBD doesn't have any effect, and it tastes very bad, like vaping chemicals.

Great customer service
I think your customer service is awesome and loved the hand written note - a very personal touch. I know it’s probably not your fault hit I thought the pen just doesn’t taste very nice. I know it will never be the same as the real deal but I guess I hoped that as it was sour diesel, it would have more of a you know what taste. I would also say for air heads like myself, you should probably inform them that 5 presses of the button are required to switch the pen on as I had no idea. If I ever do buy one again, I’ll come to you guys but 3 stars from me as I didn’t love the taste.

Just 3 things if you don't mind:
1) The Trustpilot reviews are supposed to reflect our service as an online retailer (CBD Oil King) only and not product reviews as we do not manufacture these products. If you could kindly amend your rating to reflect our service to you that would be awesome. You are more than welcome to leave a review of the EndoFlo on EndoFlo's Trustpilot page. That would be more reflective of them.
2) I completely understand regarding the taste. This is why we differentiated between each variant as 'terpene profile', rather than flavour. Maybe we need to further modify the description to make it absolutely clear that it's more of an earthy taste with undertones of the terpene profiles. To be honest, it will be quite difficult to get a true you know what taste from vaping, dabbing etc. which you already know, without actually lighting up one. If you ever do find a product that does come close, please do let us know as this would be something we would look to stock! Of course it has to be legal.
3) You are not an air head! or at least not the only one. We did not know either lol. We accidentally stumbled onto it when our directors tried the vapes and found one not to work. They accidentally got it working and that's how we realised that oh it needs to be switched on after charging. So yes we now do send out an additional information sheet with each EndoFlo order to inform customers about how to turn it on. It is surprising EndoFlo did not supply instructions on the label, and this is certainly something we are feeding back to EndoFlo.

Hi Claire,
We have seen this with many customers. The pens are not switched on as the battery inside may have fallen too low.
Please charge the pens and then once sufficiently charged press the button 5 times quickly to turn them on. Then take puffs while holding the button down and they should work as normal.
Trustpilot reviews are meant to be for our service, ie use of our website, checkout process, delivery, communication etc. It is not for product reviews. These are more suited on Trustpilot pages of those brands/manufacturers. We do not manufacture the products we sell, we are only a retailer.
In any case once you have tried the above do let us know how you get on. If you still have trouble please ensure you reach out to us directly so we can either help you resolve the issue or begin a replacement process.

Very easy purchase and very good product will definitely buy again. Delivery was two days as advised and kept informed via tracking email. Invoice had a hand written message that was a nice touch and made it more personal.
