Have installed many Uniview CCTV Systems over the years, occasionally an issue arises that doesn't make sense - such was the need to Lamont, one of the Tech Support guys. He logged in to the system saw what I was getting at, contacted the manufacturer who were aware of the issue on some models - sent a firmware upgrade - system updated, issue fixed. Thats the sort of service you need in the field, CCTV Tech support are second to none. Thank you - again!

I called Cctv Direct technical department for some help with some Hik vision Camera issues and Dan helped me through everything stayed on the phone for at least half an hour to make sure that everything that had been done had been done properly.
