We have had taken a look at your order, It is currently in Transit, the tracking shows that there was a attempt made to deliver but was unsuccessful.
We have tried ringing you on the mobile phone number that the delivery address is connected to but had no luck.
Please may you call in on monday and speak to Umayr on the sales counter, He will ensure your order gets delivered to you monday.

Pyronix chrome keypad delivered ok but…
Pyronix chrome keypad delivered ok but the screw on the keypad had been rounded off and can't open it looks like a return from someone else cannot use this item and you can clearly see the attempts been made on this has the plastic is also damaged as a alarm engineer for over thirty years I've never had an issue with pyronix stock i will be going back to my original supplier!

I checked with them to see if something…
I checked with them to see if something was in stock before I ordered it which they believe it was once I ordered the cameras. I got a phone call an hour later telling me that the item was not in stock. They said they could send me an alternative, which I agreed they told me that it was an upgrade which it was, but it was also cheaper which they didn’t tell me so I had to ring and get the extra refunded. Which so far seems to have took over a week and still not got it.

We offered an upgraded alternative so as not to delay your order, and we’re pleased you were happy with the replacement itself. However, we apologise that the price difference was not clearly explained at the time — that should have been communicated better, the great thing is is that you got a upgrade and got a refund too!
Regarding the refund, we’re very sorry for the delay. This certainly isn’t the standard we aim for. If the funds haven’t yet cleared, please contact us directly with your order details and we’ll prioritise this immediately to ensure it’s resolved without further delay.
We genuinely appreciate your patience and your business, and we’ll use this feedback to improve our communication and processes going forward.
