Great service from engineer

Contact was easy and kept in touch, organised local engineer to call who ordered part and came back and fitted the part, all good.

Danny came and fixed the cooker after us waiting ten days for it repairing. He was a very pleasant young more and efficient.
We were not happy about being left ten days without the cooker especially as that was the second time it had broken down which was five months previously.
Hopefully we will be okay now ,I seems the fan had not been working normally from day one .

Repairs were carried out by Graham, effectively and efficiently. He arrived on time and completed the job to the highest standard. Thank you for a great service.

The chap that fitted oven door was pleasant and got on with the job, which was done in no time. He tidied up after and all was done.

The problem has not been resolved to our satisfaction just techno babble to excuse the problem we will not buy another CDA product

The repair was not straight forward and eventually ended up taking 4 visits to resolve. The engineer was patient and demonstrated great tenacity in resolving the problem, all while remaining professional and considerate throughout the process.

Not only did the engineer Graham arrive on time and do a clean and excellent repair, but he also told us things about the oven we had not realised. A repair and an education. Thanks Graham

Having purchased several CDA integrated appliances for a brand new fitted kitchen less than 3 years ago the washing machine stopped working after 30 months. I accepted that Labour cover was only provided for 24 months and paid £139 for an engineer to attend. I was advised that the error code the machine displayed was not a code that should be recognised by this machine and was informed the engineer would order a part that would fix the problem. 12 weeks later and still the part was not available. After complaining I was offered a discounted price on a replacement machine however I would need to cover installation and removal of original machine. I requested a refund on the engineers visit cost to be told this was non refundable. After explaining I was told that only one charge of £139 would be applicable in order to get my machine working irrespective of the outcome of whether parts were available I was offered a £70 refund. I am a single person living alone so the machine was not used excessively. I feel that CDAs inability to get parts when they offer 5 years free parts guarantee is not my fault and I have been totally mislead and to be honest feel ripped off and I will never purchase anything from this company again.
A small tip, anyone trying to get hold of customer services and being told they are busy and you could be waiting for 20 minutes plus, end the call and ring SALES you will be answered immediately and just ask them to transfer you.

Darren let me know when he was coming, he was friendly, he knew his stuff and sorted the problem with no issue and really quickly. Brilliant

Very efficient and Graham the engineer was very competent and finished his work in a tidy and friendly manner.

Engineer fixed the issue and did a good job, only issue facia needed replacing as had to be pulled off and they no longer have them so they said nothing they can do.

The issue was sorted out very quickly, a date and time was arranged and Aaron the electrician was very pleasant and tidy

Your customer service is very good, both on the phone and in person. A special mention for Darren who has been out to us twice. He was both polite and patient with all the questions we had for him. Thankyou.

The Customer service team were very helpful and replied promptly to my emails. The engineer arrived within the arranged time frame and soon sourced the alignment problem with the extractor screen. Very pleased with the result.

Aaron the engineer was friendly and efficient, did a great job ,very happy 😊

We had a small problem with the item purchased. Took some time to get the spares but were kept informed all the way.
