Put in my order, waited 24 hrs & went to pick it up, it wasn’t ready so I gave it a couple of hours and rang to be told it would be got ready as soon as I got off the phone, so I called in the next day expecting a quick pickup, no it wasn’t ready again & had to hang around for 40 minutes while the got it together. Not impressed with the service .
I’ve had 4 missed calls & 2 voice mails from CEF customer service now , I didn’t ask for them to contact me & they never left any useful information .

Return of faulty goods bought online - Great process..
My recent experience with CEF has been very good, and efficient in dealing with faulty goods. I bought a LED spotlight online Friday afternoon, and it duly arrived pre-noon Saturday morning the next day. However, when I fitted the LED spotlight it was found to be faulty. I sent an email to customer services, who replied within the hour and how to process the faulty goods. I returned the goods and as promised a full refund for the value of the goods was made to my account within days. No complaints or dissatisfaction, CEF are very easy and efficient at doing good business with.
