Worst company ever. It took two weeks to receive my order which i guess is expected because it's coming from China. But what i got wasn't what i ordered and another two weeks have gone by and nothing!! I can't even get my money back. Very frustrating

I really wish I had seen this before placing my order. I bought a Lunatik Taktik Extreme to protect my (now 2nd replacement) Galaxy S7 Edge. That particular case, which is extremely durable and has great reviews, largely for the included screen protector. When I received the order, a little over a month later, I opened the package to realize that the most decisive factor was missing. No screen protector. Admittedly, the case is still very durable and has beveled edges to protect my screen, but I'm certainly never buying from this company again. I was going to email the company but, after reading these reviews, I can see that it would undoubtedly be in vain. I suppose I will make do with this case until I can rid myself of my incredibly fragile phone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,, I purchased a watch,, it never arrived,, they will not refund my money.. All I get is emails back and forth,, cant call .. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ALL THEY DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY..

PAS op, niets is wat het lijkt en waterproof is zo lek als een mandje!! En terugsturen bij defect....is retourkosten naar China voor jou. Dan krijg je alleen je aankoopbedrag terug, maar retour sturen is duurder....zie daar het verdienmodel van dit bedrijf! Wees gewaarschuwd en leer van mijn fout!

After 7 months of waiting and emails back and forth, they refused to ship the product for the price that had been on their web site. The order went through at that price. They are legally bound to honor it. They refused.

Can we please have negative stars when it comes to this company? I'm not sure if it's incompetence or sheer trickery and deception. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a flashlight/headlight and it took around 6 weeks to arrive. Once it did it was missing the rechargeable batteries and charger which the ad eluded to being included. After numerous email exchanges they agreed to send the remainder of the parts at no charge (at first they wanted $10) Fast forward 2 months later I have received the charger and ONE rechargeable battery. The item they originally sold me requires TWO batteries.

RIGHT PRODUCT WAS NO RECEIVED. REPLACEMENT PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED TO SOMEONE IN HAWAII. W.T.F. I LIVE IN CANADA

LACK OF SERVICE AND RESPONSE. PRODUCTS ARE MAILED FROM CHINA WHICH IS NOT DISCLOSED AT TIME OF ORDERING..

I received an email this morning from Cellrizon saying my item has shipped. I didn't remember placing an order with Cellrizon, so I searched my bank records and found that I was charged by Cellrizon for this item over a year and a half ago! I don't even live in the same town I did at that time. I doubt I'll ever get the item or a refund. On their website, the first line of their mission statement reads, "To provide fast and efficient order completion." What a joke!

Opgepast voor deze winkel. Product duurde erg lang om binnen te komen, wel 6 weken. Bij ontvangst bleek het product de stomste productie-fout te hebben, welke niet ongemerkt voorbij kan zijn gegaan bij het inpakken. Gekeken naar de regels. Blijkt dat 30 dagen niet goed, geld weg te zijn. Die 30 dagen gaan tellen vanaf het moment van BESTELLEN, niet VERZENDEN of ONTVANGST. En het verzenden alleen al heeft op zich laten wachten tot 29 dagen, bij het track and trace gedeelte zichtbaar.

Geprobeerd contact met ze op te nemen. Hierbij word gezegd dat ik geen recht heb op geld terug, door de 30 dagen garantie-regel, maar ik kon het wel opsturen en ze zouden mij een nieuwe doen toekomen. Bij enig onderzoek bleek dat het opsturen van het product mij meer zou kosten dan het ding hun ooit heeft gekost. Het meest frustrerende misschien is nog wel dat zij zich van de domme houden en me coupon na coupon opsturen, die dag geldig, 10%. Vlieg toch op. Ik wil nooit meer wat met jullie van doen hebben.
Een hele slimme SCAM dus.

LET OP: Er word vaak genoeg gewaarschuwd online voor deze winkel.... waarbij mensen opsturen, en nooit een nieuw product ontvangen.
Oftewel, een HELE SLIMME formule. Men besteld een product, krijgt de belofte gratis verzending wereldwijd. Men krijgt fout product, veel te laat dus geld terug is uitgesloten, men stuurt voor veel te veel geld het product terug (let wel, moet in de originele verpakking!), zodat u naar uw geld kunt fluiten, en naar het nieuwe product. Zij zullen het halfbakken product kunnen DOOR VERKOPEN.

Zelfs een claim via Paypal leverde niets op. Ik mocht het product terugsturen en zou mijn aankoopbedrag terug krijgen. Maar dit kostte mij MEER dan het aankopen van het product zelf. Ik heb gezegd dat ik het product niet op wil sturen, waarna (en hier ben ik nog het meest boos over) mijn claim te boek werd gezet als 'Vredig opgelost met de verkoper'... NOOIT.

Van mij mag Cellrizon afbranden, met de hele meute aan bedenkers erbij. Want zij zitten met een 10 cent product, misschien 50 dollarcent verzending, verkocht voor 25 dollar... en ik met een rotgevoel en een onbruikbaar product.

Be wary of this store. It took my product forever to arrive, up to 6 weeks. When it did arrive, it turned out to have the most idiotic manufacturing defect ever, which could have never passed the packing station unnoticed. I looked up the rules. Turns out it has a '30 days money GONE guarantee'. That 30 day rule starts counting on the day you PLACE YOUR ORDER, Not when it is shipped or received. Shipping itself took up to 29 days, according to the (wonky) track and trace.

I tried contacting them. I got to hear I didn't qualify for a refund, due to the 30 day rule, but I could send the product back and have it replaced.
After some research on my end, it turned out it would cost me a LOT more to send it back than the actual product cost me when I bought it from them. Maybe even more frustrating, is the fact that they play dumb and send me coupon after coupon, only valid today, for 10% off on all their products at checkout. Get lost. I don't want anything to do with you ever again.

BE WARNED: Many before me warn potential buyers for this store. People send it back, and NEVER receive a replacement item.
In other words, a VERY SMART formula. You order a product, with the promise of free shipping worldwide. You get a defected product, way too late so you can't get your refund, you pay a load of money to ship it back (Note: Very important to do so in the original box/packaging)... so you can kiss your money goodbye, as well as the new product they promise.. and they will just sell the old product you returned to them to another poor soul who bought it.

Even a claim through Paypal didn't prove fruitful. I could send the product back according to them, and they would refund me. But, like said, this will cost me way more then the amount the product cost me, and those costs are MINE... not refunded. I told them I didn't want to send the product, after which (and this is what angers me even more), my claim got closed with the notification I 'peacefully came to an agreement with the seller'. NEVER. NOPE.

Cellrizon can burn for all I care, and all those who thought up this very smart and clever scam. Because it costs them 10 cents to manufacture the product, maybe 50 cents to ship it, and earn 25... and I'm shipped off with a bad mood and a product I can't use.

Bought a 2in1 charger adapter for IPhone 7 for $20.00. eBay has them for $4.99 free shipping. Shaddy and a rip off company.

I order a batery phone case for ipad and iphone in february and I never received it. I wrote to this compagny 8 times and each times they said to be patient......to buy any thing from them ...they are thiefs !!!!

I ordered several items over a month ago and haven't heard a thing.... took my money but have not delivered the product.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...

Back in late December 2016, I bought a couple of 10 ft braided lightning cable for my iPhone that turned out to be defective and have been waiting on replacement cables for the past 3 months. They have no customer support, and their replies to my inquiry are the same each time. "Your order is in processing and will be shipped out soon". BS.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ONLINE STORE. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY AND CAN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. I am opening a case with the Better Business Bureau and the consumer protection agency. My order number was: Ce-275301

I did the absolute wrong thing; I bought a pair of headphones then looked up the company afterwards.
Like my mom always said; if it's too good to be true then it probably is.
After seeing all of the reviews; 1) I feel very fortunate to have received what I ordered, sort of, wrong color and horrible sound quality [false advertising there] within the 3-6 weeks time frame; 2) I tried to cancel my order, even went through paypal to try and stop it that way, but I was unable to stop it. I figured it cost me $20 to relearn the lesson of research before you buy. Luckily my 9 year old son needed a pair of headphones he could destroy.

Do not buy this website, the company comes from China Shengzheng. I tried to contact with email, the told still just 2-3 weeks later!!!! Now I contacted PayPal to take my € back! They don't know what is business!!!!

do not order anything from them they say 3-6 weeks for delivery now 8 weeks and they sa 2-4 weeks more... after Reading on different sites i now know its a scam Company and dont expect any Money back or any item... STAY AWAY FROM THEM YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET ANYTHING !!!!!

products do not work. do not purchase anything from them. I purchased a 10 foot cell phone cord. the first one didn't work and they sent me another one, that did not work. a waste of time and money. very disappointed in the company.

Totally unacceptable. I Received completely random items a month after ordering. Complained about it, and they've done nothing.

Do not buy anything from this company. It is a scam at best.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. They will not deliver what you ordered, I emailed them but NO response so I'm screwed. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CALL.

ordered product 10 weeks ago and no show. Contacted them today and their only answer was wait 3-6 weeks which has obviously passed. Have now opened a complaint with paypal to force a refund
