I ordered a simple charger. It has been a month and I did not receive it and I wrote them 4 times without a response. Scammers. Glad I paid with paypal

Somehow shell case containing the item I purchased was broken. Upon looking further so was the phone protector shield (my purchase) was broken also. I've been trying to contact them. Says go to info@..... I see it here at the bottom, haven't found it elsewhere. So if your listening postpone buying for a minute n think, beware you've been warned.
It says from China. Customer service, I can't find info on them.

They sent me fault y child smart watch with no GPS on it. How can the authority still let the company to be running?

Bought a cable and used it for 6mos only to have the cable break. The site says lifetime warranty (read other places where you should not use your credit card with them). The customer service agent replied with, "lifetime warranty means in Accidental damage during transportation, or use of security problems in the short term" and refused replacement. Stay away from Cellrizon! In digging further, it appears to be a shady company even with the hosting setup in Canada doing business in the US selling faulty product.

They sell you faulty wires then when you ask for a refund they offer more faulty wires. And then finally will say you have to wait until you pay the expensive shipping fee back to China to recoup any money. The customer service is terrible and it's clear they want to just take your money!

I ordered a cell phone case on nov 30th and paid for it by credit card. It was to be in before Christmas but when I didn't receive it in time I called them and told them I want to cancel it. They said to wait for it to come in the mail and then just return it unopened and they would credit me back.
I didn't get it until early feb so I returned it unopened the same day. I kept checking with them as to why there was still not credit on my card and they said they had not received it back yet and as soon as they did they would resend it back to me. I told them I didn't want it because it was supposed to be for Christmas and it was way past the time frame.
We went back and forth for a month or so and they kept saying they hadn't got it yet and they will send it back to me when they did. I couldn't get it through their heads that I wanted my money back and not the case. I didn't buy the new phone to go with it for Christmas.
In the beginning of feb they finally got the order back so for some strange reason it took from nov 30 to feb for it to be sent to me and I returned it to them on the same day I received it. I told them now that they have the order back unopened I want my money back and they told me it was past the refund time frame.
Emails went back and forth until the end of feb when they finally realized that I didn't need the case for the phone I never bought. They offered me a case for the phone that I have now. feb 25 they said they sent me my new order. mar 10 they said it was returned to them and they needed to confirm my address (which they already had on file and sent me previous items).
Since ordering the case in nov I have had nothing but stress with this company. They keep using excuses about the mail being slow or it being a holiday. It’s been over four months to get an order that should have been here in 5-10 business days. They keep telling me to give it a while longer. I told them if it’s not in my hands by apr 8th that I was putting in a complaint.
I don’t know where they are located but according to their emails and lack of intelligence their not from the US or Canada. They can’t understand simple instructions like don’t resend me the order that I don’t need and send me my money. Their emails seem to be half Chinese and half English. It’s terrible. It's apr 9th and still no case or refund.

No stars would be better.
Ordered 3 smart phone purses in November. They were never delivered even though the money was taken immediately on order. Despite several communications with Customer Service who promised to look into it - still no delivery of goods.
Waste of time and money. Will order from a reputable Company in the future.

Beware of their advertized "sale" pricing. The web teaser has one price, the web page has another price, they when you go to check out, they add .99 cents to each item. I sent an email and was told the sale price was incorrect and they would not honor it. Today I tried to order a cell case for $11.00 and the charger that was $7.00 then went to the shopping cart added to both items had .99 added to them
Canceled the order.

Will shop from a company that doesn't change their prices.

Took two weeks to arrive, but it comes from China so not that bad. Kept
Up to date with progress. Product is ok and i was not expecting too much as very cheap price. Would not use again but no major issues.

This company is definitely a sham. Don't know what I was thinking when I ordered from them without checking reviews. Waste of money and time.

Don't EVER use this company. I didn't receive my goods and couldn't get my money back off them. The customer service is worse than nothing. Don't waste your time with them, you'll regret it.

DO NOT buy from this company. I used a brand new credit card on purchase from this company, The only purchase made on this card was with this company. The CC never left my office. Guess what..The card has now been used all over the country. I have sent email after email to this company all gone ignored. facebook posts and messages have been deleted. They can take the time to delete my message but take the time to contact me about this issue. Thank goodness I have fraud protection on my credit card! After reading more reviews on several sites I have found they have a habit of stealing credit card and paypal information just google Cellrizon reviews you will find review after review about stolen credit information. Learned my lesson to google reviews on companies I will buy from. DO NOT BUY from this company
