Katherine is literally amazing! When my package arrived, I was super excited to open it. When I did, I quickly found out that they had ship the wrong ring to me. I reached out to Katherine and she expressed her apologies to me and made sure that the correct ring will ship out to me. To the customer service and to the quality of the jewelry, I am super impressed! I will be ordering more!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I recieved my Bvlgari Serpenti bracelet. It was beautiful and the craftsmanship is superb. I read the reviews prior to ordering and and was even more impressed after opening my package. It also came with the bvlgari box, bag & documents. I encourage anyone on the fence to try them. The customer service rep Katherine was extremely attentive and continued to keep me updated even after I recieved my bracelet checking to make sure i was pleased with it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I did not get a shipping notification so I was concerned. Once I did receive the Rolex I ordered for my 6th anniversary I was thrilled. It is so beautiful! I cannot wait to gift it to my hubby.

Have not received my order yet, so can't comment onthe quality but customer service is amazing. I was concerned that I needed a larger size bracelet and messaged them to see what to do before the order was shipped. They immediately responded and have been great discussing options with me. They clearly want to ensure that people have a great experience. Would definitely shop there again!
