DJ arrived here at time he said. Was very polite and friendly. All these things are very important to a business, which are overlooked by employers.

Highly recommend!
We have our water filter/softener system in (including the special drinking tap) for many years now, updated last year. It’s the most important home service we signed up to due to the poor water quality in our area. We appreciate the annual reminders for service, the easy call out booking and payment system and the service engineers, all who have been knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. We had our call out within 48hrs this time.

The water softener installation was good service…
The water softener installation was completed, and the team was helpful in explaining the system and answering my questions. However, communication regarding the booking and installation time could have been better. I had to follow up to get confirmation, which was difficult as I needed to arrange time off work. Overall, the service was good, but I believe communication and scheduling could be improved.

It took the 3rd call to a company agent…
It took the 3rd call to a company agent before we got our service done.
The first time I was given a time of 3.30 and I was on my way back from the country when service engineer called (about 1.30) & said he was outside the house. I told him I would be there well before agreed time but he said he wouldn’t be waiting. He dropped the salt bags that I had ordered.Next time I booked no one called me back to arrange it. Third time I finally got someone. He did a good job and was very nice.

While the services engineer was…
While the services engineer was excellent when he did arrive a week later. This is the second year in a row the no engineer turned up on the day agreed. Apparently the appointments was cancelled without anyone informing me. I had to take a day off to be at home for the appointment so when an engineer doesn't turn up it cost me money are you going to pay for the second day I had to take off for the rescheduled appointment on the 8/10/26.

Long time dealing with this company &…
Long time dealing with this company & treated like a first time customer. Personal details not correct. Busy sending emails telling me I’m due a service call out & me only after having a service call out done. Service call was booked 3 weeks in advanced & payment had to be made when making booking. No customer loyalty at all. Very greedy but there is no other company offering this service in my area so I have to stay with them.

Water softener working fine prior to…
Water softener working fine prior to service being done. Serviced performed, technician left and gel beads are now coming from the taps. Tried calling him back and got no answer. Called Culligan at 9.30am this morning and was told I’d get a ‘call back’.
As of time of writing this , still no call received so have to call them again.
Total joke
