sadly my time has been wasted
ok i ordered a sword for a ceremony & gift, giving enough time that it should have arrived a good four or five days before the ceremony, but the order sat there in processing, and i never even got an email to confirm anything from these guys. as of today the buyers token page has been updated to say the order has been cancelled. without any back and fourth that they may tell me why or try to fix the problem, no calls no email, i have emailed them, their phone didnt work for me, no answers and now i have no idea how i can find a replacement in time
im giving two stars instead of one, because they appear to be legitimate in that they atleast told me the orders cancelled, i will go into the bank and hopefully they have atleast given a refund, but like i said this took them ages to do i ordered on the 12, they kept me in the dark despite my attempt to resolve it its now the 21st that they decide to cancel.
i would appreciate if you guys would let me know why the order was cancelled? that next time we can avoid this because genuinely i want to buy some of your stuff but you know please make it easier for me and atleast communicate when something is wrong instead of total silence like so far

My first guess, since you bought a sword and this might have been your first order with us, is that you might have missed our e-mails asking to verify your age. If we don't hear from our client after 3 reminders, we refund the order. Could it be possible these e-mails ended up in your spam folder?
Regarding the contact, our client service is available through e-mail. First, you get a reply by our bot, if you don't say to this robot that you are not happy with it's reply, your question will not get sent through to us. This might have been the reason that your question did not get answered.

Honestly was a disappointing experience. The clothes looked cool and there were many different options.... but the sizes are all over the place. One of the products I got didn't look like the picture and if you then want to return some of the items? You have to pay for that too.

Ich habe heute 05.05.2026 1 Lieferungen von dieser Firma bekommen das Musketier Rapier ist beschädigt und verbogen. Die zusätzliche Main Gouche von der gleichen Firma ist definitiv nicht notwendig stark beschädigt und am Griff bis zur Schneide total locker insgesamt total inakzeptabel und war beim auspacken total beschädigt sowie verdreckt + verkratzt etc. diese Firma hat auch auf meine Anfragen nicht geantwortet nur mit einem Roboter Antwort System.Hammerhart und Max übelst

J'ai perdu beaucoup d'argent et de temps!
Très très déçu. On me demande de m'asseoir sur 430€.
J'ai commandé des pantalons en M , taille normlement adapter à mes besoins . Je les reçois dans les temps , test un pantalon et remarque qu'il est trop grand.
Comme conseillé sur votre site, je procède à un retour des articles pas déballés et repasse commande pour une taille plus petite pour gagner du temps.
Or à la réception de mon retour vous le considérez comme un retour de "professionnel" et refusé le remboursement.
Il faut donc savoir que si sur ma facture figure le nom d'une entreprise , JE N'AI PAS LE DROIT AUX L'ÉCHANGES ! tout du moins à l'échange qui est conseillé sur le site.
Chose qui n'est précisée nul part.
AUCUNE souplesse n'est à noter dans les échanges que nous avons pu avoir.
On me propose un avoir valable 1 mois (lol) qui m'est totalement inutile, ou je redonne de l'argent pour payer le renvois du colis dont je n'ai aucune utilité.
Je ne comprends votre entêtement à ne pas vouloir me rembourser des articles neufs qui sont en votre possession.
Je me retrouve donc allégé de 433€ sur mon budget pour des articles que vous aller revendre.
Honteux.
