Super friendly company, hard workers and cooperative. I had to delete an old email address that I’ve brought my necklace and Elaine Celtic beige dress under. To explore my outfits style, but I wanted to get understand what my descendent used to wear back in the olden days.

I was really impressed with the outfit, I’m not kidding. If you’re not the fussy, you could wear it in the summer or on your wedding day. I’m not talking about fashion style people or latest generation clothes language style. Someone who is not fussy.
With the necklace, I fell in love with it. I didn’t want to take it off before going to the bed. I never really fallen anything, not even with the necklace till I got this necklace. It’s Tomboy necklace, not the fashion style language with their higher peak - expectation.

I paid for shipping with my order, then the item arrived and I was asked to pay for shipping again cash on delivery almost the cost of my original order. Why was I charged for shipping in the first place, if that was how it would be sent? This isn't a new issue, there's another review of the same exact problem from 2023. I went to their website to try to resolve it as I only just found out day of delivery, the phone line was closed, and the chat bot couldn't assist. Also, stop using the co.uk domain, it's deceptive.

I like the quality of corset I ordered, but on the picture it was white black, and the corset I got is brown black. I went back to see if I made a mistake, and noticed that even tho on the picture it is white, the name of the corset says black/brown. But white is not even an option you can order. So why do they have a picture of it on their website? Its a bit missleading

Ordered two "semi-sharp, spring steel" swords, received two bars of cheap steel with a cross guard and handle stuck onto it.

The "semi-sharp" edges measure in at almost 1mm thick, which, for reference, makes it about as "sharp" as a butterknife. This isn't what anybody would call "semi-sharp", this is what we have the words "completely blunt" for.

The claim that the swords are made from spring steel is also likely not true. Tested their flex, and these things aren't even tempered. They set to bends of less than 20 degrees and don't spring back. It's likely they are just stainless steel or are actual spring steel and have never been quenched or tempered. Regardless of which, they are equally useless.

The shipping was also a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE to deal with, which I don't hold them as responsible for, but they should really stop using UPS. I was given 4 false "estimated arival" dates, which is a big deal for an item that requires ID, seeing as I have to be home for it. It took them 4 days to dispatch the item to UPS who then held onto it for a mind boggling 15 DAYS to move a box less than 200 miles... all this for a £15 delivery cost... Terrible service, they should consider a different courier.

I did not know that you had two websites, a Netherlands one and a UK one. As such, I had to pay extra for a package because this wasn’t made apparent when buying from you. I think if someone is buying from the UK it would help to send them a “we have a uk based store” notification as the package took longer to arrive and I had to pay an extra £25 on top for customs. It honestly made me not want to use you ever again.

They did use UPS for shipping, but after my UPS bad experience, (probably the cherry on the cake for them) this company changed their shipping from UPS to FedEx for UK buyers. so you can now buy with confidence. My order was shipped quickly, and they replied to every one of my emails through the UPS 'experience', I found them friendly, approachable and professional. I will definitely be returning to buy further swords, horned cups and daggers. (I'm a collector) Some of their designs are unique and the 3 or 4 best UK companies that sell in this genre do not sell similar designs so this company for me is wonderful to find! The swords themselves are wonderfully crafted, high quality finish and I like them, and the company, greatly.

Ik heb nu twee keer besteld bij Celticwebmerchant. Het is altijd keurig op tijd en zodra het binnen is komt het keurig verpakt en onbeschadigd. De kwaliteit van de zwaarden die ik heb gekocht zijn super goed voor de prijs. Na een nare ervaring met een andere webshop is dit mijn vaste verkoper geworden. Ik ben zover super tevreden over de producten en service en heb geen twijfel dat dit in mijn toekomstige bestellingen ook zo zal blijven.
