Alex actually listened to everything, didn’t try to change our dates, etc., to get a lower fare, that doesn’t work when you are going on a tour and you have the tour company giving deadlines. I asked for a few different times, options, he replied quickly!

25 days before the trip the return was…
25 days before the trip the return was changed. No explanation. I wanted to cancel but may not have got another flight. Swiss air was nice. Air Asia was terrible. 1st part of the flight no business class, no tv,no charging, no lie flat chair. Then a layover in New Delhi approximately 8 hours.

We understand how disappointing it is when a flight changes unexpectedly. In your case, the airline (not CEOFLIGHTS) canceled your original return flight. Unfortunately, during the busy holiday season, the only options the airline could offer were an itinerary with close to 8 hours’ layover in Delhi or a full refund. We are saddened to hear about your Bangkok–Delhi flight experience.
Although we worked diligently to secure the best solution for you, there really weren’t any better alternatives other than opting for a refund and booking a more expensive return flight with different carriers.
