I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience deserves attention. Back in December, I contacted support regarding my account and a refund request. At the time, they were very responsive and assured me that if I completed KYC and provided all required documents, the matter would be resolved within 6–8 weeks. I fully cooperated and submitted everything they asked for. Fast forward to April months later there is still no resolution. The timeline they gave has long passed, and communication has either slowed down significantly or turned into repeated answers and delays. And when I followed up after waiting this long, they had the audacity to tell me I still had to wait even longer. Let that sink in: I gave them months, because iknow it can be busy and they think this is acceptable. The amount involved isn’t even significant. This should have been handled quickly and professionally, but instead, they’ve wasted my time, broken trust, and shown zero respect for their customers.
To anyone considering this company: stay far away. Based on my experience, patience is exploited, promises are empty, and you will be treated unfairly.
I know this review will matter to someone, and if they are willing to speed up the process, I am happy to speak with them directly

Speel al langere tijd (voorheen lalabet) en ze betalen altijd netjes uit. Nu ook weer netjes en een redelijk groot bedrag na 2 dagen na withdrawal op de rekening gehad.
Vandaag een tweede withdrawal gedaan dus denk dat het door het weekend wat langer duurt maar ik zal een update geven als ik de betaling binnen heb.
Maar ik heb nooit problemen gehad dus ik verwacht dat nu ook niet. Jammer van de slechte reviews.

Ik ontdekte dat ik mijn roepnaam had gebruikt ipv mijn officiele naam wat op mijn bankpasje staat dus daarover gemaild. Uiteindelijk bericht ontvangen dat alles okee was. Ik won €760 en liet €700 uitbetalen. Na drie dagen kreeg ik bericht dat mijn account gesloten was en ik het winbedrag niet zou ontvangen. Chatten en mailen, het had geen zin. Ik las later dat dit vaker gebeurd. Jammer, en heel zuur nu ik eindelijk ook eens een mooi bedrag won.
ChachaBet reageerde hieronder met het advies via de mail hierover verder te communiceren, dat gedaan maar daar wordt dan vervolgens niet op gereageert...

Where is my big win?
I have been playing for over 2 years on this website. Actually spend pretty much money on this website, and sometimes i had some wins and i did withdraw them. My experience was very good until last month. Monday 23rd of February i was playing a game i always play. For once i actually won the jackpot but then it said 'server connection error'. The next thing i saw was a black screen and my big win was not calculated. I immediately reported this to my VIP manager and he said he would take care of it and that the situation will be checked. I send my bets of that night and also i had a screenshot of my win to my manager. It's now over two weeks later and i still have not heard from them. I made 2 deposits and I got withdrawals and all seemed okay , until I made third bigger deposit and after waiting for withdrawal over 2 days I got mail from them for closing my account becouse of fraudelant activity.
