Class 4 gas strut for office chair
I queried the diameter of the inner spindle described as 10mm. Chair Clinic replied within 20 mins to on line chat, explained that the 10mm strut in fact had an 8mm shoulder where it fits into a 5 arm base - which is the commonly found size. I placed the order Tuesday morning and courier delivered Wednesday lunchtime. Good and helpful service. Thanks.

Needed new armpads for my 1990's office…
Needed new armpads for my 1990's office chair. Contacted the Chair Clinic who asked for photographs as I didn't know make or model.They identified the chair and recommended new armpads. I duly ordered and after a quick delivery I fitted them - Perfect. I strongly recommend this company and will use again if needed.
