Ordered a desk and pedestal at lunchtime and both arrived the next day. Delivery driver for the desk was very helpful, as it arrived on a pallet he waited while I cleared space then moved it into the garage for me. Desk was really easy to build, was just what I was looking for and looks great. I'd definitely buy from this company again.

I Ordered a Gladstone Grey Oak Corner Cantilever Workstation for my home office.

The desk is exactly what I was looking for, and arrived promptly and on the day promised.

The delivery driver (Pall-ex, I think) was also a superstar.

I wanted to leave this review against the product itself, but alas there is no way to do so.

I contacted Chair office in advance and told them I was a large person in need of a heavy duty bariatric chair, and asked them for recommendations. I purchased the Panther Bariatric chair on their recommendation.

It is a well-padded comfortable chair and if you are a regular sized person then I'm sure you will be very happy with it.
If you are purchasing this chair because you are a larger person and need a heavy duty bariatric chair, then you may have issues.

What is a bariatric chair? A bariatric chair is (supposed to be) a chair designed for wider or heavier users. Enhanced seat widths and larger weight capacities (up to 40 stone) allow for maximum comfort for the user.

The problem is that this chair (along with almost all their bariatric chairs they sell) are just regular-sized, not wider at all, so not really bariatric and no use for larger people at all.
what is the point of a heavy-duty chair able to support the extra weight of larger people if the chair itself is not wider?

As a result the chair was not wide enough, causing the arms to dig into my sides and no way to widen them.

I realise that Chairoffice do not make these chairs, so that is not their fault, but they are responsible for how they market and sell them and need to take responsibility for that.

I only found a couple of Bariatric chairs on the website that actually had extra width and met the requirements for being classed as Bariatric.

Having a checked several other websites, it seems they are all guilty of the same thing.

I bought the Ergo Flex chair a year ago. Up until then I'd suffered from years of backache. I've looked back over the year and realised my backache has stopped. I think it is totally down to the very comfortable chair. I'm so pleased I found this company.

A great company to deal with, they are friendly and professional. Purchased the Boston Exec chair, easy to assemble, it is light, strong and very comfortable.

Disgraceful service and poor quality products from start to finish. Purchased a chair from these crooks that advertised a specific height. Complete lie. Called customer services and spoke to the rudest advisor possible. Offered no help. A week later the armrest splits down the centre. Called again and sent a new one. A few months later? Split again. Chair gasket is now failing and won't hold weight. They're selling cheap crap from large suppliers at a grossly overinflated price. Don't buy anything from these scammers and either buy from a wholesaler or take your money elsewhere. Avoid at all cost.

EDIT: Report the review all you want, give me 3 days to submit my order number? What so you can do damage control on your awful products? Avoid them completely.

Great product range, plenty of choice, found chair perfect for my needs at a good price, speedy delivery and helpful sales staff. Also, great aftercare with a special shout-out to Kizzie for help when needed. Highly recommend. This is the 2nd chair I've purchased from this company.

I bought a Saturn office chair and I'm absolutely over the moon with it, worth every penny. I suffer with back problems and it's been amazing for long gaming sessions. You don't need fancy,branded gaming chairs, ergonomic office chairs do the same job for half the price.

My only gripe is that it was not delivered by recorded delivery and had I not been home waiting for it then 150 pounds worth of chair in a larhe and obviously labeled box would have been left on my doorstep. A thiefs wet dream. I highly rate my local DPD driver and it's not fair on him if it had got stolen.

The assembly of the Alabama Mesh chair a little challenging. Had to contact the Coy for further advice as this was not tilting as described. After receiving additional instruction & a fresh look at the product I was able to resolve the problem. Good comfortable chair & an ideal replacement for our broken study chair. Would recommend this one but caution & care & time required for assembly. Thanks for the advice.

I was kept informed about the delivery date and they were flexible about delaying the delivery because I was moving house.
Also I am delighted with the product that was easy to assemble and very comfortable.

I purchased a large office desk and desk extension. The order was timed well in advance for an office move but the company (despite telling me that the order would arrive on move date) couldn't meet the actual delivery and this meant I was out of pocked by £100 for keeping a desk-builder help team sitting around for the desk to arrive on the move date. The desk arrived the following working day but they missed my need time and I had to resort to personal desk-building myself that took up a good half-day of my business time. Not a great delivery experience - but the product is sound enough and is exactly what I need - so 5/5 for product but 1/5 for delivery (and costing me unnecessary time and money) - hence an average of 3/5!

To be honest with all the negative reviews i see i didnt have any of these issues. Had fast payment and fast delivery, items came in near perfect condition and working perfectly fine right away.
Had an issue with how the picture was shown on website vs what arrived. Was to do with the head board not reaching the ground but to be fair it does say in the title its size. Was offered full refund no questions asked if I wasn't happy too.
Had fast good customer support about it but turned out to look great with matress on, can't see the wooden posts at all so very happy in the end but longer headboards are available to buy

It arrived quickly. Was very well packed with the clearest of instructions. It’s very comfortable and a lovely bright blue.

The online ordering process was easy enough and the chair was dispatched and received in a reasonable amount of time. However when I opened the box it became apparent that this chair had been returned by a previous customer. The chair had obviously been assembled and then taken apart again as there were marks and scratches on the base. The seat fabric was also covered in hairs. There was even a return label from the previous customer in the box. I emailed the company last Friday, so five days ago, and have still not received a reply. The poor customer service is disappointing as the chair itself seems of reasonable quality.
I have now updated this review from one star to three stars as the company diid reach out to me and offered me a partial refund which I accepted.
