This is a Chinese company!!!!the site…
Update….. to their response to my review.
I tried within the suggested timeframe to cancel the order altogether. Not a color change. And no, there is no way that my chair could’ve been delivered because I had ordered it on Saturday and they said they delivered it on Tuesday. This company is bogus and that reply is bogus as well. They are out of China and they always respond at 2 AM in the morning.
This is a Chinese company!!!!the site is bogus and they want a review before anything was delivered and would not allow me cancel lot 4
Minutes after the ordered was placed on a Saturday. They are closed on weekends but tried to claim I couldn’t cancel as it was already processed! On a day they are closed? Won’t cancel, won’t give my money back and it now sends me a notice th chair was delivered…..in one day??? It’s not at my house!!!

According to our records, you contacted us to request a color change. To save you the trouble of reordering, we coordinated directly with our warehouse to change the color for you at no additional cost.
Review invitation emails are automatically sent only after UPS marks an order as delivered. If you haven’t received the package yet, this may be due to an incorrect or early scan by UPS. We recommend contacting UPS, and we’re also happy to help follow up for you.
While our customer service team is unavailable on weekends, orders may still be processed automatically by the warehouse system, which can limit cancellation once processing begins. We sincerely apologize for the confusion.

I cancel this item they sent it away
I cancel this item they sent it away. How it will cost me a 15% restocking fee.
The order was canceled 5 min after I put it in. On a Sunday the warehouse did not process it intill Monday. I spoke to your customer service Monday morning the items were still in the warehouse and had not been shipped. She told me escalating the email. And that someone would get back to me by email that did not happen.

Regarding the fees, this information is clearly stated in our return policy. Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment. However, if an order is intercepted while it is already in transit, certain fees will be incurred, including an interception fee and a restocking fee. These charges are imposed by the courier and the warehouse, not by us.

Fast delivery, great quality and excellent condition. I'm extremely pleased with the bar stool and chairs I ordered. Great quality and super sturdy . Fast to assemble and the material looks so nice. For the bar stools I ordered , the seats can be removed with velcro and the seat cover is removable to wash.
