The chairs are absolutely beautiful…
The chairs are absolutely beautiful unfortunately, one out of the 2 did have screw holes that didnt line up, we did get it figured out, just unfortunate situation. The delivery was extremely fast and again the chairs are beautiful.

This has been my 5th purchase
This has been my 5th purchase, company has been consistently great. This time something happened to my order duribg shipping. It was reboxed in a gigantic box but the hardware was missing. I called the company and as before they quickly responded. However, i was told thr hardware had to come from overseas and it would take awhile.. im trying to be patient, but i havent received anything yet. Almost a month now. must be on a slow boat!

You sent me the wrong color chair
You sent me the wrong color chair. Now, instead of getting to enjoy my new chair today, I have to have the hassle of taking pictures of the wrong chair, sending emails back and forth, and figuring out how to fix this. This is just adding more work to my already long list of things to do. I'm feeling really frustrated.

I had asked before buying the chairs…
I had asked before buying the chairs about assembly of the product. I was told it was easy. I was thinking i would have to screw the legs on or something. But unfortunately it was much more than I anticipated and more than I could figure out so i had to hire someone to put them together for me. Now that they are together I love them.

the table had a large crack in it when…
the table had a large crack in it when delivered and was hard to put together and doesnt look like the pics. Really dissapointed. The table only had 3 holes for the legs, i have to have a handyman come in and drill a 4th hole just to put it together.

Pretty good product for the price
Pretty good product for the price. Easy to assemble. I wish the wood higher quality. They are great for petite and medium weight people. That's just my opinion.

The wood on the chairs is much darker…
The wood on the chairs is much darker than thr picture shows. They appear light oak when in reality they are medium to dark . They will not match my kitchen at all! Waiting for i do on a return for another set of chairs
