Excellent excellent excellent design modifications and edits. Very professional. I loved watching my idea come to reality. The *only* negative experience is that the final "submit" button when placing an order is not visible unless the user is in the last box and hits "tab". I tried two times before I could place my order.

The people I talked to on the phone were very helpful. They obviously keep excellent records and knew exactly what I was talking about when referring to a previous order. Answered all my questions and were prompt with a new quote.

My call this morning was answered promptly - which is rare these days! Michele was a champion, finding our organization's past order (2019!) that we wanted to duplicate, as it had been handled by former board members and I literally had very little information to provide her to find it. The pre-order proof and information email correspondence was sent immediately and the resulting order was placed with no difficulty! We were quite behind on getting this reorder completed, but Michele got it done and ensured we have a fighting chance to receive our challenge coins in the timeframe we wanted them. I couldn't ask for a better ordering experience!

Only thing that keeps from 5th star is I repeatedly asked for the contact name to change and it is still filed under a previous name even though since initial proof and contact (4 proofs total) I have been the POC and only name for the purchase.
