I had an excellent experience purchasing my Jaecoo 7 from Chapelhouse Omoda and Jaecoo Southport, and I can’t praise the team enough.
From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely first class. Aiden, Dan, and Phil were all fantastic – friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Nothing felt rushed or pushy, and they took the time to answer every question and make sure I was completely happy with my choice.
The whole buying experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free, which really makes a difference. I’m absolutely delighted with the Jaecoo 7 and the level of care shown by the team.
Highly recommend Chapelhouse Omoda and Jaecoo Southport, to anyone looking for a great new car and even better customer service. A brilliant experience all round!

Very comforting and speedy service
Dan (Southport branch) mad the whole process from start to picking up the car very easy. He throughly went though all the cars specs and finance deals, he even took more time to have a good look to see if a car I wanted was ready to go and luckily enough there was one and within a week I had the car.

Bought a car just before Christmas I’ve had the car just over a week and it’s the best car I’ve ever owned. The sales process from start to finish was 2nd to none! Couldn’t praise Chapelhouse highly enough. If you’re looking for a new car I highly recommend you go to Chapelhouse! Thank you!

My son left a deposit on a car unseen arrived this morning inspected the car did a test drive and was happy to proceed with the deal agreed when paying the deposit.After the test drive the rep we were then informed they would need to let us know that would not honour their deal as far as we are concerned the deposit meant a contract,after being informed by the sales manager that due to “human error” the car should not have been advertised as it was we disagreed and as far as we are concerned we had a contract, they would not budge an inch the best they could offer was 12.9%interest after we agreed 0% absolute disgrace we are now reporting them to trading standards so much for hapelhouse Ainsdale

We were made to feel at ease by Richard who answered all our questions patiently. It has been a few years since we bought a car and obviously technology has moved on somewhat. No matter Richard and later Johnathon answered all our queries fully. Moreover we know that should the need arise that their door is open for further assistance. Thanks to both of you for your help. Great Customer Service from Mr Gary Andrews. From coming in to take the car for a test drive all the way to purchasing and collecting the car, he provided great service and information about the car.

Terrible customer service. Went in for first service at 2900 miles. Charged £4.45 plus vat for screen wash when I filled it to the brim before setting off to clear the screen. Wanted an extra £72 to strip rear brakes as hand brake sticks on. It’s done 2900 miles from new and so called under warranty and receptionist says it’s normal for hand brake to stick on in cold weather leaving thousands of cars off the road. Disgusting customer service. Complaint made now to Suzuki uk.

Great service by the team at Chapelhouse Southport.
Wes helped on arrival to provide a tour of the vehicle seen on the forecourt, eventually leading to a sale and part-ex of my vehicle as well.
Wes also offered to resolve any bodywork/paintwork issues before collection which was great, as well as being provided with any updates via video of my new car.
Final collection and paperwork went smoothly, so would 100% recommend using these guys in the future.
