I suffer with an autoimmune disease. Breathing from candles would affect my lungs. The Charabancaroma is clean , the scent is fresh and is very attractive

My wife bought me a wonderful gift of a perfume diffuser from Charabanc as a Christmas present. It is simply stunning and I am so very pleased with it ( we have subsequently bought a second diffuser as a present for our daughter).
Although I am so happy with the product, it is the simply amazing customer service experience I have ever had.
I had a very small issue which was actioned immediately with total professionalism.
I let the side down a bit in the length it took me to action my part due a sudden family bereavement. I can honestly say that the grace and empathy shown to me was simply overwhelming.
My wine company I use, Naked Wines, was always spoken about by me as the best customer service I have ever had. They may now be a very close second.

I had a faulty base and after a short email exchange to test where the issue exactly was, they sent me a replacement.

I can only recommend and consider buying this again as a gift.

These diffusers, essential oils, and company as a whole have exceeded all of my expectations! I cannot say enough nice things about them. Even the packaging is above and beyond. I've now purchased 2 diffusers and will likely get a few more. The ambiance they add to a space is undeniable. And I have an extremely small issue with one of the scents (just liked some others better) and they went so far above and beyond in fixing my minor issue that I will definitely be a customer for life!

I had a problem with the diffuser, I contacted them and they responded and sent me another one immediately. I was surprised by the online customer service. I'm looking forward to using it.

I had an issue with my diffuser and my email was answered so quick and after trying a few troubleshooting ideas it works as it should. I am currently diffusing the Shangri-La 79 oil and my house smells amazing. The diffuser is so quiet to run and the light with three settings is great. All round a great purchase

Lovely diffuser had for over a year now. Recently had one issue with the glass not diffusing. Tried all the cleaning tips and tutorials not working still. Messaged customer service to ask if I would need a replacement glass holder and they messaged back saying it looked like a glass fault and they had sent a new replacement out foc.
Was not expecting that!
Can't fault any communication ive had with them.

I love the diffuser received for my birthday. It matches most of my wooden decor and the scent is amazing. May buy another one soon for the bedroom.

Ich habe heute das dritte Gerät von Charabancaroma erhalten, und gleich in Betrieb genommen, funktioniert wie die anderen Geräte ohne Probleme.
Die Lieferzeit ist verhältnismässig lange, aber dafür sind die Geräte sehr aufwendig und gut gesichert verpackt. Was die Qualität betrifft, gibt es keinen Grund zur Beanstandung, nach meinem Empfinden gut verarbeitet, sehr schön ausgeführt und tadellos funktionstüchtig.

After an initial hiccup with my order and experiencing excellent customer service, especially over an extremely busy time of year, I am delighted to experience this wonderful little design. The design is sleek and being able to control the scent strength is a bonus as some scents are stronger than others.
Moving forward, I can’t wait to see what more this brand can offer.

I have not had any issues requiring customer service interaction. I have had two of their diffusers for a couple years now. Rechargeable units. They work very well and I quite enjoy one of their scents.
I recommend it if ever a conversation comes up.

These diffusers and oils are the best I have used. The aromas produced are devine, and the diffuser (I have the one with the light) are very aesthetically pleasing and of very good quality. I love mine so much I bought another one for my daughter.
Customer care with this company was excellent, I had a query and it was answered swiftly and efficiently.
I would definitely use this company again.

Above & Beyond
The customer service from this company is unbelievable. I had a diffuser bottle where the pin didn’t last past one clean. Within a day they responded and had sent out a new AND IMPROVED diffuser bottle.
It arrived within a few days PLUS an extra fragrance. I really didn’t expect a response and they went above and beyond!

Bought one of these six months ago, but it stopped working. Assuming that it was my own fault for adding water to the oil (which you're not supposed to do), I sucked it up and bought this in advance of Christmas as my wife's present, only to find that she had bought a different brand for me.

I contacted Charabanc to ask if they would accept a return even though it was over the 30 days, as the item is brand new and unopened, only to get a cookie cutter 'no returns after 30 days' email.

I get the fact that it is over the 30 days, but I feel that I am being penalised for trying to be organised in advance of Christmas. How simple would it have been for them to simply say 'yes, we'll accept the return as long as you cover the postage' - it would have been no skin off their nose. Now I'm stuck with something that I can't return so I will have to try and sell it on eBay.

Really disappointing customer service...

I had one of those awful feelings when the first dispatched item disappeared from tracking. But I was very wrong... The company dispatched a replacement with expedited shipping and received in just a few days during the Xmas and New Year period.

A lovely looking diffuser with light and battery (so can be easily relocated) and gorgeous smelling oils.

A huge thank you to the customer service team for getting this to me in time for my partner's birthday. 5* plus service.

I did not receive a tracking number for the order. However, customer services were quick to resolve for me. And during the Xmas period! On opening the box I was greeted with pure luxury! From the packaging down to the retail bag that was added to the box (nice touch). I received two car fresheners as a free gift also. Could even smell the oils before getting them out of there boxes! I can only describe the fragrances as pure luxury designer fragrances for your air! I have tried many other high end systems, but this beats them all easily!! Cannot say enough good things about this device. Look forward to more great experiences!

Ich bin extrem begeistert! Besser als jede Duftlampe, die ich je hatte: Lampe Berger, Diffusor oder Teelicht. Ja, es scheint eine chinesische Firma zu sein, nicht in London hergestellt. Warum das nicht transparent gemacht wird weiß ich nicht. Besser direkt in China kaufen als über Zwischenhändler der letztlich auch in China kauft. Gute Qualität, sehr hochwertig und dazu noch wunderschön. Wie in der Werbung kommt superschnell der starke Duftnebel. Ich habe über 100qm, innerhalb von 5 Minuten duftet es in jede Ecke. Sehr stark. Den mitgelieferten Duft mag ich nicht so gerne und habe es mit meinen eigenen Düften noch nicht ausprobiert. Das Gerät brummt ganz ganz leise. Ich werde mir noch eins kaufen und es auch verschenken. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
