Lighting fast delivery.
I ordered the morning and received my purchase that same afternoon. It was phenomenal.. I have never experience such fast service.
The product I can't yet say it's phenomenal, but I have definitely seen small improvements in energy and it's the correct colour, texture and consistency. So let's see down the line.

As Always, the products are superb!! Only reason for a 4 star, is delivery is definitely taking longer now. But although a minor irritation, the reason why I buy is the quality of the products. Well done, keep it up.

Charava's products are great, and I feel more energetic with using their NMN...they deliver orders very quickly and efficiently... and they also offer discounts from time to time. What's not to like?

Please make tinctures too
Thank you, Charava SA for the wonderful products that promptly arrive as soon as I order them. I was suffering from fatigue but I’m learning to seamlessly regulate my nervous system with a few of Ur well-packaged products and the attention to detail designed in them.
Plz make tinctures for the likes of Lions Mane, Ashwaghanda, NAD, NMN, etc., as it is easier to absorb a liquid under the tongue first thing in the morning, especially when fasting.
The gummies are a hit too and shouldn’t be Out-of-Stock, plz plz plz.

Constructive comments on the product.
The product is very good and delivered timeously. The only gripe I have is that it is supposed to last 60 days if taken twice per day (120 uses). It doesnt last that long and only lasts me +- 30 days. I definitely am only having a baby PEA size portion twice p.d. My measurement must be too much compared to measurement?

Hi Susan, thank you for the great feedback on our products! About the stick, a level small pea-sized amount of loose powder gives approximately 120 servings. However, if the powder is slightly compacted, it may give you fewer servings since each stick will contain a bit more. Great Customer service and 100% Real Shilajit
The customer service was very responsive to my queries regarding the order. The product does what it's supposed to do - 100% real Shilajit, I've never felt more focused, clear minded and energetic even throughout my Intermittent fasting.

We did respond to your email earlier today (as soon as it came in) and within 15 min of receiving the email, the order with the 2 correct items was dispatched, so it should be with you shortly in the Northern Cape.
Your chat messages were blocked by the system as you used rude and offensive language - so the chat system treats these messages as spam and blocks them from our contact team.
