COINS DUMPED IN A BAG UNSEPARATED
Slow delivery is fine. Receiving silver coins in a bag, unseparated, is not fine. I have never received unseparated coins dumped in a bag before. V poor

I picked up a 2026 1oz silver Britannia…
I picked up a 2026 1oz silver Britannia yesterday to keep alongside a 1oz Base Metal silver Britannia. Derek again was very helpful and efficient during my transaction and as usual I will buy from Chards again. I also mentioned that I had been trying to find a dual 2 coin holder . Hopefully he’ll be able help with this. Nothing seems to be to much trouble for the staff at Chards.
