Items ordered didn’t turn up when promised initially company did not reply to my email then apologised and offered a free gift for my inconvenience. Items still didn’t turn up so I opened a PayPal case and emailed again to let them know what I had done. The jewellery then miraculously arrived minus any free gift in poor packaging with all the earring posts bent out of shape as they had been stuck through the plastic wrapping. The earrings are the cheapest, nastiest things you have ever seen and not worth a fraction of what was paid for them. Avoid this company at all costs I have been scammed- please be warned !!

Shocking company... Ordered on the 28th of September... Still waiting and no response from customer service.

I ordered a beautiful bracelet on 23rd September 2026 and still not received it on 12th October. That's not the 11-15 working day promise

Do not buy from this company, I think the company is a sham, ordered a present and it did not arrive. Sent numerous emails and they kept saying they were looking into it, after a month of waiting and still no goods, did a Section 85 to try and get my money back. As said do not buy anything firm this company.

My bracelet, ordered five weeks ago, never arrived. The delivery company confirmed by email that they had lost it and had informed Charlotte Kensington. Charlotte Kensington's customer services said repeatedly they were looking into it -- but there was nothing more that they needed to learn. Nothing happened: no refund and no redispatch of item.

Absolutely diabolical communication. I received my drop earrings broken. Packaged in just an envelope. Emailed them immediately with pictures, and packaging. They have been in touch to say reviewing. This is coming up to two months now. I fear i have been scammed with this company as you cannot leave a review on their website.
