wondering where my order is.....they mailed me a tracking number that for 4 days has said it is not in transit yet

getting a little worried it won't make it for Chirstmas!

Their customer tracking communication could be greatly improved!

I am pleased with the quality of the jewelry box I purchased for my wife and how quickly we received it. However, as this was a Christmas present it would have been great if the picture of the jewelry box wasn’t printed on the box. Especially since it was double boxed and the box inside did not have anything printed on it.

Received a jewelry chest for my wife for Christmas and after a close look I noticed a few minor imperfections one of which was quite a nick showing bare wood which I'm ok with but the real problem I'm having with it is upon opening the top piece which has a mirror in it the said mirror was not secured and fell which resulted in 7 years of bad luck. I attempted to contact Chasing Treasures but because it was the weekend I'm hoping to hear from them concerning replacement of said mirror. At this point I am satisfied but a new mirror would make myself and needless to say my wife happy!

Shopping and ordering was very easy, I'm more concerned about product quality and customer service! More to come after delivery!

Lovely little box. I have been wanting a watch display box for some time. Here the color was right, the size was right, and the price was right. It is supposed to hold 10 watches, but because of the width of some women's watches, I can display 12 without a problem. I would recommend this item.

They did not have the one I wanted in stock, but they let me pick a slightly more expensive one for the same price as the first one. Delivered on time and in good shape. Will recommend to friends.

The jewelry box that we ordered and received was not worth the money. The glorious write-up on the web site did not match the box in reality. It also went on sale a few days after our purchase, which was disappointing to see.

Thankfully we shipped it back and will hopefully get most of our money returned to us.

I love the armoire and everything beautiful but the most important thing
"lock" does not work I put the lock and it opens . I am very disappointed as I saw others in Overstock and my daughter recommended me to you.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I placed an order back in Sept and still did not receive it. I called and emailed several times and I was only able to get in touch with them twice. They told me the item I ordered is out of stock, but I never got any notice of this when I placed the order. I also never received an estimated shipment date of any kind. I will continue to call, but I will NEVER order from this place again.
