Really fast and helpful support, no matter if I'm a free user; a very simplified UI for me. I spent a week setting it up and using it (alongside my hectic schedule).

One of the best omnichannel chat software I’ve ever used! It’s awesome! Customization is great. I have the team plan which is great because you can use multiple branding which means I can use it on multiple businesses with the same account. 100% recommend it! The support team are really helpful - They also have a Discord community and in-app messaging that I can raised my issues on these channel and their team will support us well !! It’s awesome, if you're looking for omnichannel messaging management software then this is the one you should get!

Great product, terrible support!

Have been reaching out for weeks with no response.

At one point, I got a response back from an old botstar email when they used to be under another name, and I was told the company was sold.

No response back from the email I was given. No response from the chat on the page. No response from the contact they provide.

The accounts were supposed to be upgraded for early support, but there was literally no contact.

Will update if anything changes.

Eventually, I had to manually update the account.

That was done.

The upgrade still doesn't include the features that its supposed to and when I tried to reach out to support for help with getting the bot to connect to facebook, they just literally ignored my emails.

I have a tracker that shows they open and see my emails but do not answer.

Again. Great product, terrible support.

This company shut down its operations sending time and money down the drain for many users. Do not create an account with them.

One of the worst tools / companies seen for long. They just changed their name with same system to avoid bad ratings. so crazy.

It would be wise to approach this company with caution. They are the same folks who were behind (soon to be failed) Botstar. They sold "lifetime" and "unlimited" plans through Appsumo then figured out that they couldn't deliver what they sold. So they kept the money, stuck Appsumo with the bill, and developed this "new" product. So you have to wonder what "surprises" will be around the corner for this product.
