Highly recommended
Highly recommended. A full survey on an older style property, for which i was given a very comprehensive report that highlighted both any deficiencies and the estimated costs of the work involved. Having bought the house i have undertaken various refurbishment works and the estimates are very accurate. The report was written in plain English and avoided complicated jargon.

Great service
Great service. The 30min walk around the house with the surveyor was a bonus. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We had a full structural survey on the property we were purchasing. Steve Holmes was excellent, very pleasant, very thorough and great at explaining everything. A very positive experience and I'd highly recommend them. I thought the walk round of the property with the surveyor was very good. Made so much more sense than having to read a huge big document.
