Unprofessional service
The tickets were slightly cheaper. But the service is pathetic. The contact details were provided by them to the airline are some random email and contact numbers. And not the one entered while booking the tickets. It cannot be updated even if tried on the actual airline website.

Hello Rupesh,
Protecting personal data remains a top priority, which is why agency security contact details are used during the initial reservation process with the carrier. To review the reservation details and assist with updating the contact information on file,
an agent will look into the booking details and make the necessary updates.
Kind regards,
Leo
