Hello Vijay,
Airline ticketing systems automatically merge first and middle names without spaces to meet standard character limits. Your ticket is 100% valid, and we guarantee you will have no trouble traveling!

System failed to detect fraudulent flight booking
You allowed someone using my email and card to book flight tickets, without requiring two-factor authentication. Your system failed to flag the transaction as highly suspicious, even though the name and email/card do not match, and in different geographic locations.

Hello Wong,
We take security and fraud prevention extremely seriously.
Anti-fraud security measures, including two-factor authentication (3D Secure), are managed directly by issuing banks and payment gateways rather than online travel agencies. If a transaction passes the bank's authorization checks, the booking is automatically processed.
We want to help you address this unauthorized charge immediately. A member of our support team will be calling you directly to assist with your booking and guide you through the next steps.
Kind regards,
Steve

Hello John,
Thank you for reaching out. Booking access should always be quick and effortless, and having the ticket linked to a company email creates an unexpected hurdle.
Sharing the booking number along with the preferred email address in a direct message will allow the account details to be checked and updated. As soon as those details come through, work will begin to restore full access to the ticket.
Kind regards,
