Smooth transaction
Smooth transaction. Hope no issue with the tickets. However price jump a bit during transaction. Was wondering caused by demand or advertising tactics.
Updated:
During online checked in, it was not successful as the passport uploaded name is mismatched by a single spacing from the eticket. Called the help center, the customer service checked the sytem and reassured that I should be able to check in on departure day at the airport with no issue. Indeed after I entered the booking no# in the self check-in machine and scanned my passport, I was able to print the boarding pass with no issue.
Overall is smooth and just have to went to airport earlier in case there is any issue and will have sufficient time to resolve the problem.

Fast and Easy
Much easier in selection and confirmation was fast. Had bad experience with other site who collected the payment and later came to say that booking failed and the refund takes 30 days (unreasonable???).
