Saudia changed my schedule
Saudia changed my schedule and asked me to contact cheaptickets, where I bought my tickets. Your agents told me that my ticket was not eligible for refund, no alternative is available. Basically nothing to do.
Never again. It is scam

Cheaptickets informed me by email that they had submitted another refund request to Saudi Airlines. A few days later, they confirmed that the refund request had been successfully processed, and I subsequently received the refund.

Hello Keng,
Thank you for your message.
Because airline tickets are personal documents, we cannot change them ourselves. Every airline has strict rules and fees for name changes. We have already contacted the airline to see what is possible for your specific ticket. We are currently awaiting their official response to our request.
As soon as an update is received from the airline, you will be informed immediately. Thank you for your patience while we arrange this for you.
Kind regards,
CheapTickets
Ingrid

Hello Dean,
Thank you for your feedback.
I understand that the last-minute change to your flight by the airline has caused many problems. Because this change was implemented by the airline for operational reasons, BudgetAir has no influence on their flight schedule or these specific decisions.
To discuss this further or to request compensation for additional costs, I advise you to contact the airline directly. They are responsible for their flight operations and can best assist you with this.
Kind regards,
BudgetAir
Ingrid
