I don't know how they stay in business m bought a flight. Said we're guaranteed a ticket and would get confirmation on 48-72 hours . Next day called said said we aren't guaranteed a ticket. Stay far away from this shady company. It's mind boggling that they are allowed to operate

While we aim to provide accurate timelines, airline confirmations can sometimes take longer than expected.
Without receiving confirmation from the airline’s end, we are unable to provide a confirmed ticket to the passenger given the departure date. For this reason, we informed you about the situation promptly so we could make an informed decision.
As per the conclusion of our conversation, the reservation was cancelled to avoid any inconvenience closer to the travel date. We truly regret any frustration this situation may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

My experience with CheapTicketsDeal.ca was extremely disappointing. They failed to provide my return ticket scheduled for December 28 and have refused to issue a refund despite multiple attempts to contact them. I have been waiting for more than a month to get my money back. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this agency.

We would like to clarify that the handling of your booking was done strictly in accordance with the airline’s rules and regulations, particularly in light of the schedule change introduced by the airline. All actions taken were in compliance with their policies, keeping your travel route, timings and fare conditions in mind. Unfortunately, we were not able to meet a simial ground with the options that we had available to offer your return ticket.
Please note that a part of the refund is to be processed by the airline, while the remaining portion has already been processed from our end. As refund timelines may depend on the airline’s processing time, it may take longer than expected.
