Fake prices which increase soon after…
Fake prices which increase soon after booking. I booked a return flight from London to Mexico City. Approximately 10 mins after booking, I received a call from Cheapticketsdeal saying that the price had gone up. I've dealt with a similar company in the past and it was a complete scam - hook customers with cheap prices which don't exist in reality and then contact the customer to say the price has gone up. Both unethical and presumably in contravention of relevant legislation/regulations. Avoid at all cost - I cancelled immediately and won't book with them again.

As for Alan, he called me the next day to confirm my booking and sent over all my E-tickets well before the 12 to 24 hours wait period window. Luna from cheap tickets.com was outstanding with her customer service! I was trying to make a reservation on the website, but somehow got kicked out when I got to the payment section. I figured I lost the opportunity as well as the discounted price and that I would just have to try again later. Luna persistently called me trying to offer me another option. She continued to research until she found a better deal than the original one that I had initially. I am so grateful for her dedication and commitment to my satisfaction.
