This was a good purchase. There was a back order due to demand but everything shipped and arrived in good order.

Management works to make sure you receive your order correctly and timely and are happy with your purchase. Heidi is awesome.

They ask for an honest experience so here it is....
First order.... Pizza oven. Was told I could expect it in 10 business days...we’ll after 3 weeks it finally came! No customer service tracking it for me, I had to call everyday and still they had no clue where it was!
Nonetheless it came. I was told this never happens and would never happen again. Ok.....
So I gave them a second chance.

Was told it would definitely not be 3 weeks like last time. Well now it’s been 6 weeks and still no delivery of the equipment I purchased over a month ago!!!
The COO of this company is a joke, she has no idea where my equipment is and has no answers! No customer service, not an offer or discount, just basically saying sucks for you right now. Really? How do you have a job! Please do yourself a favor and stay away, I’m saving you from having a terrible experience. I hope this helps some of you who were thinking about buying from this company.

I can't reach them with the phone because of the timezone. Lead times is to long for me. But service is good and product is perfect. I buy oven from them and it works without any problem.
