Composite fencing
The fencing came the exact size I ordered, there was no cutting to be done. What I did do was fasten the posts to the concrete, for more security. You have a fantastic delivery driver, he put the fencing panels in my garage. Give the man a raise. lol.

Extremely disappointing service
After ordering multiple radiators of various sizes from this company for a large house renovation, we came to install them around two months later and realised that two of the radiators had been ordered incorrectly.
I contacted the company to ask whether they could be exchanged, making it clear that I was happy to pay any restocking fees or other charges due to the time that had past. The radiators were still in their original packaging and were in brand-new condition. Unfortunately, Chelsea was extremely unhelpful and said nothing could be done because it was over 30 days and the replacements I needed would be out of stock for a month. This turned out to be incorrect, as I was able to order the exact radiators from their website the very same day.
I wasn't expecting a free exchange, but after spending a significant amount of money with the company, I had hoped for at least some willingness to help or offer a solution.
To make matters worse, I was then told the replacement radiators would be delivered on the Friday. At 1pm on Friday, I received a message saying delivery had been pushed back until Monday. When I called to ask why, I was told the original Friday date was only "provisional" and that Monday had always been the official delivery date. I've genuinely never come across such a confusing way of communicating with customers. Why a provisional date is needed at all is baffling, just provide a realistic delivery date and stick to it.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor customer service, misleading information, and frustrating communication. I won't be using this company again.

Regarding your exchange request, our returns and exchanges policy allows 30 days from the date of delivery. In this case, your order was delivered in April, and your request to exchange the radiators was received approximately three months later, which was unfortunately well outside of our policy. While we do make exceptions where possible, due to the length of time that had passed, we were unable to offer an exchange on this occasion. Our sales team explained this policy at the time of your enquiry.
With regards to the replacement radiator, at the time you contacted us, the model you required was showing as out of stock. Stock levels can change quickly as new deliveries arrive and orders are processed, which may explain why it later became available to order on our website.
Regarding the delivery date, the provisional date is an automated estimate sent when an order is placed. Our website advises delivery within four working days, with the fourth working day being the expected delivery date. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.

Ordering was simple and given an expected delivery date. Item didn’t arrive on expected date & no further communication. Phoned the following day & was told they would investigate & call us back…no phone call. Had to phone again the following day and was given another delivery date. Thankfully I was able to track and the radiator arrived as expected. Took longer than expected. Checked the radiator and it looks fine, just waiting for fitting.

From easy ordering , to deliver, driver was polite and helped us unload everything. Installation was as easy as it looked with 3 panels fitted into existing concrete posts with the aluminium inserts it only took 30 minutes. It was so easy and I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a long term solution to replace wooden panels. The difference in price between the two was negligible.
