Ordered fence samples which arrived within a few days delivered loose in a plain cardboard box, didn’t look very professional compared to other samples I ordered which arrived in special boxes containing logo etc.

Beautiful radiators that kick out a lot of heat. Customer services were brilliant, I changed my mind on the colour, the day before delivery was due and they kindly changed it for me and still delivered the next day

Composite Fence Panels
I ordered over £1200 of composite fencing from this company. It arrived fairly quickly and was very easy to install. Due to an error on my part when ordering I needed to make a further order of 1 small item.
Upon installing the fencing it was really simple to install and looked great. I had no complaints at all about the product.
Once all installed I had left over a pack of 5 fence boards that I had not needed and hadn’t even opened.
As I was still awaiting my second delivery I contacted them I ask if I could return these boards for a refund by handing them to the driver when he delivered my item as they use there own staff for deliveries. These boards sell individually for £10 each. On the website for the fence panels I couldn’t find any details of a returns policy.
The response was to say they would refund me £2.50 for an item they sell individually for £10. The reasoning being that they were sold as part of a discounted offer. That would mean that the panels come to £25 of the £120 product.
I wasn’t particularly happy with this but they refused to increase the offer so I had no choice to accept and the product was returned via the driver when he delivered my item.
It then took around 2 weeks and 2 emails chasing them for me to receive my refund. Not particularly great service.
My advice for anyone ordering with them
Is not to over order as you will not receive a full refund. If you are confident in what you need then
the product itself is great.

We would just like to clarify the circumstances regarding the additional fence boards. The boards were purchased as part of a discounted fencing kit, and the individual components within a kit are not eligible for a standalone refund. Our kits are priced as a complete package, rather than each individual component being sold at the standard individual item price.
Although we were unable to provide a full refund for the unused boards, our team offered a goodwill gesture of £2.50 per board as an exception to our usual policy. This was offered as a gesture of goodwill, despite individual components from a kit being non-refundable.
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the refund process and that it took longer than expected to reach you. We appreciate your patience while this was being resolved.
