Our selection is an ever-evolving list of original and, most importantly, drinkable wines. From under-valued bargains to hard-to-find gems, we adore wines from all parts of the world, regardless of trends. You will find us on the beautiful Hazenstraat in the Jordaan neighbourhood of Amsterdam, Netherlands. We are Open Tuesday-Saturday 12:00-20:00 and Sunday from 12:00-17:00. Putting great service front and forward, we provide our customers with honest advice, exceptional wines and a friendly smile. Our online store is open at all hours. Customers within Amsterdam can order by 12:00pm to receive their wines the same day. Next-Day delivery is also available for the rest of Amsterdam and the Netherlands. We ship across the EU and Worldwide at competitive rates.

Thank you for letting us know about the issue you had with your order delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. After reviewing your order, we discovered an error while assigning the delivery company to our system.
The tracking number we initially provided on Saturday was indeed correct. Regrettably, due to a software bug within Shopify, the number was processed only under DHL and not PostNL, resulting in an incorrect link being generated.
We understand that this may have caused frustration on your end.
We want to assure you that your order was dispatched within the expected delivery timeframe.
The order was received on Saturday, and as Sunday coincides with the closure of the post office and Monday being our non-operational day, it was dispatched today. And that's within our promised 1-3 Working Days
We understand that timely and accurate delivery is of utmost importance, and we regret any disappointment caused by this mistake.

The Natural Wine Club
Received my first shipment, with some delay (due to PostNL, not Chenin Chenin’s fault). The wines look very exciting, great variety, seems to be good value. Would have loved an accompanying letter/pamphlet with explanation of the wines, now I have to search for it myself (one of the wines isn’t featured on their website, so that one was a bit tougher to find information on). That would help make the experience more tailored/special.

Super wine - more info on it?
I really love the wine that comes. Only thing that makes me hit a 3 not higher is that last month I had no information about the wine, asked about it and was told I'd get an email - this month, there is also no information about the wine. I hope that we do get an email - one of the reasons I signed up was to learn a little more and I thought it would be a good opportunity, so, maybe this is something that could work in future if it's not happening now?
