This is an amazing company to deal with. They are there after the sale. The gare rgey sold us is very beautiful. Thanks for a great experience.

I didn't like being turned down for a replacement back wall it is ripped in 4-5 different spots was sent tape to repair item is only a few days old when it ripper I was told the reason the price point that I purchased was high was I could get warranty if there was a problem that is a problem it was priced high won't shop at Cheryl again

The biggest issue was that there were no instructions!! Missing nuts, bolts, brackets and clamps.

We purchased a conex tent setup with two walls. While the tent is of acceptable quality, it is not exceptional and reflects its price point. Unfortunately, we hired a crew to assemble the structure only to discover that not all of the necessary components were included, which led to wasted labor costs.
The process of obtaining the correct replacement part was extremely frustrating. Customer service did not return phone calls or emails in a timely manner. When I was finally able to reach the specialist responsible for replacement parts, they repeatedly requested information that had already been provided in previous correspondence or should have already been on file. It took several weeks just to place the order for the correct part, followed by additional weeks for delivery.
There was no sense of urgency or accountability from Chery regarding the issue, nor any acknowledgment of the inconvenience or additional expense caused by their error. Had the tent not already been mostly assembled, I would have returned the entire setup and chosen a different supplier.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend the tent or Chery.

The whole experience was really easy and I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the young lady I spoke with but she was really pleasant as well as knowledgeable. Made it a nice and easy no pushy sales pitches.

The lift looks good, it took longer to come than I thought it would but the weather has been bad. I think I'll be pleased with my choice. Looking forward to seeing it in place and using it.

The initial purchase met all my expectations. A week or two later, I needed some extra components that had long lead times. Win Naing in Customer Service (I think) worked it out so that Chery would take the components off of another unit and make them available to me so that I could meet a project deadline.
It is what I would have done, but in today’s world of customer service, I was prepared to be disappointed. I was very happy with the outcome and give Chery a 5 star rating on service after the sale. The product is also very good quality.

bought a 10k lift off a third party seller. the arm carriages bet on first use lifting a 7k truck. they say they test these to 125%, well thats a lie. Then when i tried to warranty them they denied me because i didnt buy direct. they then tried to charge me $1300 for replacements KNOWING this was a common issue. I know this becasue the replacements i did buy had a new design that had gussets exactly where the old ones failed. so they KNEW it was a problem and should have just replaced them but they charged me for what should have been a recall/warranty
