A1 for service from these Guys - we will 100% be back.. Thanks once again

Great advice, never pushy, and great workmanship when it comes to doing the installation. They have a great range of stoves too and the results look stunning and have transformed our house into a home.

Great experience buying and having stove fitted by the guys at The Cheshire Stove Shop. Very helpful in the shop with choosing a stove and then extremely happy using them to fit the stove, it wasn’t the easiest due to the condition of the chimney stack but they had the knowledge and experience to get the job done. We are very happy with the end result and the service we received. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a stove for their home.

From first visiting the lovely showroom in Macclesfield to having my new fireplace and logburner fitted the service from Cheshire Stove Shop was superb. Every person I dealt with was friendly, polite and very helpful and knowledgeable, every question I had was answered in great detail. The job was started promptly as arranged, the two fitters carrying out the job were fab, they were friendly, and worked so hard to get a tricky job done, they also left my lounge spotless each day they left. When the job was finished they gave us all the advice and information we required to start using our stove. My new fireplace and stove has transformed my lounge and I love it.
I would not hesitate to recommend The Cheshire Stove Shop, thankyou to Martin and the guys for an extremely professional service and a job well done.

An excellent service from start to finish. The installation, although challenging, went well and was professionally carried out. We are well pleased.

Fantastic service, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very efficient. A great job!

From our first visit to the showroom to the institution of our brand new multi fuel stove we have had nothing but a fantastic experience from Martyn and his team. As we were new to stoves we had a lot of questions and all were dealt with in a timely manner and at no point did we feel pressure into buying. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family

Excellent service, excellent product, minimal disruption and mess on installation.
We are delighted with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

Good advice, helpful and prompt and actual installation excellent. Talked through all the decisions made around the install and very friendly and good advice provided

Excellent Service, quick response times and pain free installation.

Would recommend this company.

Absolutely thrilled with our stove and installation . Excellent, professional service from the very beginning (even when we changed our minds about things repeatedly!). Listened to exactly what we wanted and gave great advice.

Alf and Clive who came and did our installation were fantastic, and we had no concerns about leaving them a key as we were away for the night. They kindly sent updates throughout the two day install and checked in when they had any questions.

Upon our return Alf gave us a very thorough demonstration of the stove and how to adjust it, so we were confident using it from the very beginning.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to install a stove!

Very helpful staff, great service, excellent product & fantastic installation team, who has worked very hard in arctic conditions to get the job done. I can highly recommend this company.

We have used this company twice, and would definitely recommend. They are very efficient, friendly, and caring. Excellent service.

Can’t recommend these guys highly enough, really helpful when choosing which stove to go for. The guys that fitted stove where all very professional in there approach and nice people too. You couldn’t even tell they had been as the House was as clean as before stove fitted. Will always recommend if am asked where to go for a log burner

The whole experience from initial visit and quote to installlation has been a pleasure. They were helpful with decisions, clear about the process and very pleasant installers who were keen to ensure everything was just right. The price remained the same and the time taken to complete the works was exactly as quoted, all mess was cleared and taken away.
