The Cheshire Stove Shop Avaliações

Martyn was very attentive, knowledgeable and not pushy and the service provided by him and team was very personal. The installation of our stove was professional and we are very pleased with it.

So nice to have something arrive and be fitted as arranged. No mess and a lovely log burner that is so easy to use. A big thank you to Martyn and staff.

An excellent company to deal with. Very professional, prompt & courteous. We are delighted with our new stove & have no hesitation in recommending Cheshire stove.

Great service and flexible approach
Extremely professional team in the show room and fitting the stoves.
Took time to ensure that our room was protected from the dust and cleaned up afterwards.
Stove and surround fitted to an extremely high standard, and very good quality.
Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, friendly and professsional.

Great service and a great product. Many thanks!

Excellent customer service, fitting went smoothly & we love the stove we chose. Like that we could see stoves working in the showroom

Set a date, came when they said they would, fitted the stove with no problems.

The company came highly recommended. Good service and care from the start. Very pleased with my new burner.

Fantastic professional service from start to finish.

Over the moon with the stove and the service received. Would recommend to anyone.

Thanks again.

Excellent service all round, from purchase to installation. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff with a stunning showroom and a wide range of stoves on offer.

Really pleased we managed to secure the services of Martyn and his team. Our job wasn't an easy installation and with everyone else we spoke to we were dealt with problems about our installation not solutions. Cheshire Stove Shop came up with the solution that would work for us. Would recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish, cannot recommend them highly enough. James and Isaac who fitted our wood burner were brilliant, did everything they could to make sure we were completely happy with the installation.

Very happy with the service and fitting of our new stove. There were a couple of issues which were down to the manufacturer but Cheshire Stoves kept us updated throughout the installation process. More than happy to recommend Cheshire Stoves to family and friends. Steve and Nicky Kirby.

We are renovating our house, visited the shop and met Martyn who led us through the right choice to make for our lounge. No pressure, very informative and the best decision. Following a survey the installation day came along, the fitters worked very hard to fit the lining and new fireplace, ensuring everything fit safely and properly and working until the job was done. At all times the installers were polite, respectful and excellent leaving the property very clean and providing a very comprehensive understanding of the new fireplace to my wife and I. I would highly recommend Cheshire Stove Shop and their excellent fitting service.

Went to the Cheshire Stove Shop after travelling many miles in order to find a stove we liked. Without a doubt this company is streets ahead of others. Fantastic range, good honest advice without pushy sales talk. No hesitation in ordering a Rias Rina the day after

From just walking in to the showroom knowing little about stoves to the choice, purchase, instillation and use of our new stove, Cheshire Stove Shop have been outstanding in all areas. Martyn and the lads were a pleasure to work with and we would recommend them to anyone.
Great to encounter a modern business with old school values!!!
Thanks again.

Great service from initial consultation through to fitting. The team were friendly, and efficient and incredibly clean and tidy and we can now have fires without the whole house filling with smoke!
