The metal part of the belt broke when carrying, leading to other one of the small handle's seam to open when the bag fell. When fixing the seam I noted that the seam is of thinner thread from the inside. No wonder it opened. I also noticed that instead of being made of thick leather, the handle is made of 2 layers of thin leather glued together. Seems cheap. All in all, would not recommend or buy again. You're clearly not paying for quality but for brand.

Bought last week a Natazia sofa and broken...when I opened the back material I found the broken cheap pin wood arm and surprise in stead of 4 reinforcement arms there's only two !!! Then the coat of the red leather starts peeling!!! Such a junk for a 3.000 € !!! And 4 months waiting time!!! Useless, stay away!!!

Bought the "Captain's Swivel" chair and despite many doubts such as transferring over €1,000 to a foreign country and waiting literally months it all worked well.

What I personally didn't like is that you have a down-payment which makes sense as they created my leather chair exactly like I want it but you gotta pay the remaining amount BEFORE they are going to deliver and then you have to sign an "All Okay" sheet and rate the driver BEFORE you can actually inspect the seat. That is not how it works usually and as a customer, I felt like I might have given away €1,100.

But no, everything was fine! Mails have been responded to rather quickly and everything was working as expected; the overall timeframe has been kept! The (Dutch) driver was on-time and friendly, carried the big sack (it was the wheels and the actual seat in two parts) in the second floor. And it was packaged absolutely well, not even a single square centimetre was unprotected.

The chair itself is a true masterpiece! I just enjoy sitting on it, the upholstery in those "leather bulges" have the perfect mix between "soft and comfy" and "straighness". The leather itself is surprisingly soft and great to the touch, it feels "vivid" just like leather should feel. No matter if the sun is shining onto it or if it's in darkness - this chair is a comfy eye-catcher. Also the first chair where I can sit on without getting back problems :-)

The only downside is that the wheels are a bit difficult to move once they are rotated (e.g. rolling sideways is easy if they are like that, but moving the wheels by 45° is difficult). Maybe a tad higher wheels than those cheap ones would help.

It is apparently just a resell (as you can buy the "Captain's Swivel" from other manufacturers) but the fact they imported it (so I don't have to care about customs and such) is worth the slightly higher price.

EDIT: After receiving a response I just want to mention that I talked to and purchased from a Dutch (sub)company the whole time, transferred money to a NL bank account, apparently imported into the EU via Amsterdam, the Dutch driver came in a van with a bright, yellow NL registration plate.... Not sure what you mean by "international courier rules". Isn't it your very own driver...?

Ma commande date du 22 Mai, avec livraison prévue mi-septembre : quatre mois ! Ils ont le temps !
Nous sommes le 15 janvier, et toujours aucune livraison. J'ai échangé avec le service "Plaintes" (on comprend qu'il y ait un service dédié) plus d'une douzaine de mails de relance, avant de résilier la vente le 4 décembre. Les réponses, imperturbables, sont "j'en parle à mon collègue". J'ai fait une demi-douzaine de mails depuis décembre, et téléphoné sans obtenir ni réponse ni un simple accusé de réception.

De încredere și calitate imbatabila
Am avut parte de o colaborare de care sunt mulțumită. O echipa profi, iar materialele sunt de cea mai buna calitate.
