DON'T BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE. It looks like a scam, we made a big order and after a week of receiving no updates (the delivery is between 3-5 days as stated on the website) we submitted several forms to ask for update via their site, sent several emails but all with no answer nor acknowledgment of receipt. The number listed to call on their website is not a working number and now we are left wondering if we were just scammed out of our money.....

This website is a scam.

I ordered some clothing items on black friday via the Chicco website thinking it would be ok, as I have done it in other countries. It was not. First, they promise 5 day delivery, I received the items 15 business days after (shipment is coming from Italy).
Secondly, I have received the wrong items.
There is no possibility to contact Chicco customer service: the phone number provided (02 300 82 40) does not exist, and the contact form in the website does not work / is not answered.

Now I do not have my money nor my products.
To return an item, you need to pay shipment. This is unfair, as I already paid shipment to Belgium to receive the items, and to send them back I need to pay again - where the mistake was not mine.

To sum: you pay for your order and you do not get your items. Then when you have issues, there is no one to help you.
