Never received my product. Ordered in april 2o25. Its JUNE! sent emails with no response. My account was charged. Way to treat people with anxiety. SEND ME MY PRODUCT OR REFUND MY MONEY. ZERO stars.

Never received my ordered swear this company is a fraud and scamming people and it’s not right at all!!!! Never buy from them!!

I ordered chill pods in September 2024. It is now April 2025 and I never received my order. I attempted contact with the company numerous times and never ever received a response. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a Chillpod October 2024 and it still hasn’t arrived. This company is fraud and won’t respond to any emails or give a refund. Order#1412

Ordered a Chillpod over month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I am very disappointed in the company.

This Company has the WORST customer service and zero integrity when it comes to return policy and warranty claims. After waiting weeks to get a return address, I returned an un-opened order on 8/30/23 and someone from the company signed for it at 9:07am PST I finally received an email from Chillpod on 10/5/23 stating that they didn’t receive any of the paper work (receipt, order#) although it was clearly attached jpeg and also embedded within the email chain. Then received another email a week later stating they now have the information (although) I didn’t send any other corresponding email since 10/5/23 to say they will process my order/claim and issue a refund within a few days!
It is now 12/22/23 and I STILL HAVE NO REFUND for my Chillpod product! As many have already stated, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company! There are other ice bath companies with incredible customer service and still priced very competitive.
As others have said, STAY AWAY from this company!

It supposedly took almost a month to deliver the product and then it disappeared from my doorstep. When I tried to contact the company to get some assistance they all but ignored me. I have zero good things to say about their terrible customer service and I'm not able to comment on the quality of the product because I'm out my money and never received the product. Thumbs down Chillpod.

This company is awful. Do not buy from them. Shipping took so long, and I had paid for expedited shipping. It arrived, my husband barely opened the packaging before concluding it was cheap. We didn’t even bother opening the chiller. It took them nearly two months to send me the address to return, “free returns” means you’ll pay shipping and they reimburse you. Their website says 90 days free returns on the product page, but then when you navigate to the return policy page it says 60 days. They didn’t even get me labels within the 60 day window. I’m still waiting to see if they refund me. If not, I have saved all emails and will pursue litigation. I’m so angry with their terrible customer service.

The offer returns and refunds per their website but the customer service is the the worst I've ever seen. We didn't open the package, we emailed a million times to get an address to return it to, FINALLY, got that, sent it back and moths later are STILL waiting for the refund though we've been assured a million times through email that it's coming soon. They have zero integrity.

BUY ANOTHER BRAND, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience all around. Received pod but no chiller. Have been trying to get in contact with them for over a month with no response. No refund, no product, no response. The company seems to be a complete fraud. Spend the money elsewhere

Paid the shipping cost to return the product with pictures and all. It's been over 4 months, and Abdul informs me via email that it's in escalation that he has a reminder to the finance department. It's not looking good. I will still pursue this based on principles, and will report back if I get my refund.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed the order and cancelled it immediately. They sent the pod to me anyway. I rejected it and returned it back. I took pics and returned it well within the 15 days that’s required to get a refund. Abdul tells me that it’s in management escalation. Let’s just say it’s been 4 months and still no refund. This company is fraudulent and apparently there’s more people on trust pilot indicating the same thing. Horrible company

I have been waiting on my refund for over 2 weeks now, I have electronic and photographic evidence that chillpod received my return on the 18th of august via USPS, and I haven't had a single form of communication with them since, I've e-mailed them 3 different times, and nothing. Terrible company and will be demanding my refund until I finally receive it.

This company is a joke to deal with! Their customer service is trash, I'm still waiting for my refund and they have had the returned product for weeks now. It took damn near 2 months to get them to tell me where to send the thing to get it returned!

My seams leaked after 2 uses.
Great marketing though. All the money went to marketing instead of a quality product.
What a disappointment.

What a horrible company to do business with. No customer service number only email. No returned emails with issues and complete order wasn't sent. Still waiting on the lid. I will be requesting a full refund from this company. Go a different route for this type of product.

The chill pod does not keep water cold for much time at all. Maybe 2-3 hours. I put 3 gallons of ice in after adding very cold water to begin with. Within 2 hours there was no ice and the water was very tolerable. We keep it in complete shade. I would need to add A LOT of ice daily to even make it useable. Very poor insulation.
