I want to sincerely thank FLIPA for all of the assistance they have provided to me. I truly appreciate the help and support I received.

However, I do feel that there are concerns regarding the conduct and professionalism of some case managers, (Chisell LLC), that need to be addressed. When someone is in a vulnerable situation and reaching out for assistance, they should be treated with compassion, respect, and understanding.

Decisions regarding assistance should be based on the circumstances and established guidelines, not on personal feelings or situations being taken personally. In this line of work, having a genuine heart for helping people is extremely important because, at any given time, any one of us could find ourselves in a position where we need help.

I believe this is an area that should be addressed and re-evaluated to ensure that individuals seeking assistance are treated fairly, respectfully, and with compassion.

I remain grateful for the assistance FLIPA has provided, and I thank God that ultimately, He has the final say. 🙏🏽

Product works well but they charged me 3 times for the same order. Sent multiple emails and no response. Do not buy.

This company has been stealing money from me for over 3 months. There is nothing charming about their customer support team, as they never respond to messages. I never consented to them auto-debiting my account monthly for products I did not ask for, nor receive. I would highly advise doing your due diligence if you're considering buying from this company as they are disgusting, unapologetic thieves.

They come in a great box in three levels to build up to. Great packaging and the smaller compartments are really helpful for keeping them clean and close by. Shipping was super fast and communication with the vendor also super helpful and quick response time!

Great product, easily worked into my routine and I can feel the difference

I ordered a microphone on line and didn't request any subscription but they however sent me a membership email. I emailed back telling them I did not want any membership and to cancel it in April as I had not chosen to sign up. They didn't reply. I clicked on the link and it seemed not safe security wise so I didn't want to open it. I emailed them again in May, after another auto email. No response. I have been really busy and hadn't noticed the different amounts at different times coming out of my account as so many transactions do come out. I will check thoroughly in future. £409 total had been taken out of my account and I have received no goods or products and had not requested any subscription. The fact they do not even reply to emails is a red flag. Not sure I can get my money back but please do not use this company. Really bad consumer rights and shocking that this can actually happen with no one to speak to about it or discuss!! My bank is trying to get the money back so lets see. This happened over 10 different small transactions so I didn't notice till I saw their company name and didn't know what the business cost was. It was EU and US dollars and I had transaction cost each month taken as well.

I absolutely love my Chisell. It works like a charm, if you use it consistently. If it breaks, you just contact them and they will send you replacements. I've gotten results, I will continue to use this product. Five Stars all around.
