Good quality but delivery a little slower than anticipated

We bought three beautiful antique brushed bronze door knobs and they were easy to fit. Great handles and very quick delivery.

There was a sigficant delay of a couple of weeks in the product arriving. This was down to a supply issue. Otherwise the service was fine. The product arrived as advertised.

I originally ordered door handles from Screwfix. They were of such poor quality I returned them and ordered 6 sets from Choice Handles instead. Fantastic quality, cheaper than Screwfix. Delivered quickly and also easy to fit.

Simon was more than helpful with any queries I had and had a lot of knowledge about the products before purchasing. He was always very professional and easy to talk to on the phone and promptly responded to emails. We placed a large order for specialist door hinges and latches and everything arrived as expected and on time. Products are also competitively priced
