I have placed a couple of large orders with Handles4Homes, and I'm really impressed by the customer service. Rob ordered in items for me (to match other fittings) which they do not currently stock - and provided them at an excellent price. Extremely responsive to enquiries and order updates as well.

I placed an order with Handles 4 Homes on 14th March. The website gives an exacting delivery time frame and I received the order yesterday.

Unfortunately the product received is different to that which was advertised

I emailed last evening at 6.59pm to notify them and sent photos of the item ordered and also of the item received with explanation of the differences.

I have already heard back from them this morning twice dealing with this swiftly and properly.

The first email at 11:29 am was an acknowledgement and rectification email explaining what's happened and it's actually not their fault but was due to an unannounced change of product by the manufacturer of which they are raising with them. It also advised I would receive a full refund as the items used are unusable with my door handles. I was also informed I would receive a full refund.

The second email was within a few minutes at 11:34am with full refund details.

I really am very grateful for how this was dealt with in a timely manner (thank you Rob at Handles 4 Home)

I see reviews are positive so clearly I was unfortunate, but wanted to leave this positive review about the business in fairness for their excellent customer service.

There were no issues at all with the other items in my order.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am very disappointed to have received different products to that which was ordered.

I needed replacement Polished Chrome screws to replace the ones in my door handles which have rusted.

The polished chrome screws advertised in their website are a direct replacement for the old ones I have, however when I received delivery of the screws today they are completely different to the ones they advertise.

They are not polished chrome, the screw thread goes all the way to the head of the screw and the screw head itself is too small so I cannot use the incorrect ones they have sent me.

These are not what I purchased which is extremely disappointing experience.

I would like a full refund.

Website image compared to delivered items are just not the same.

Ordered 2x handles that were delivered the same week. Fast responsive reply to email quiery from Rob. Good quality products. Recommended.

Ordered a handle but received the wrong part. I got in touch over emails and Rob resolved the issue, immediately dispatching the correct part which arrived the following day. I didn't even have to return the first one. 5 star experience, not to mention that the part was cheaper than on any other site by far.

We ordered a complete set of replacement handles and hinges for our house. Good value, quick delivery, responsive customer services. The products look and feel solid. A couple of items arrived the wrong colour but a very speedy delivery with the correct items followed, without quibble.

Delighted with the Durham gun metal handles. Great quality and fast delivery

This company still have not refunded my money despite me emailing multiple times after sending the order back recorded delivery (so I know they have received it). I sent it back weeks ago. After spending over £30 on a bolt, going through the rigmarole of having to print a form out and fill it in to ensure I got my full refund, and then sending recorded delivery at my own expense, I would have expected at least an email by now explaining what the hold up is. Ordered 28 Jan!

We received our order today and are completely delighted with both items. 
The quality is better than I imagined (albeit when I ordered them they appeared better quality than others on the  market) and I can’t wait to see them in situ. 
 
Without a doubt they were worth waiting for!!

Ordered one door handle - due to manufacture malfunction it couldn't be used therefore item had to be returned for a refund. Handles4homes ignored my request to provide free return postage even though the item was faulty. Antiquated returns process - having to request paperwork to complete and chasing refund which took 21 days - not impressed.

This company went out of their way to provide spare parts to fix an item I bought from them over a year ago. Very prompt and courteous response. Cannot rate highly enough.

Really impressed. Ordered extra handles as thought we needed more. Realised we didn’t. Called Handles 4 Homes a few days later to cancel - they picked up really quickly and were super helpful. Professed cancellation within the same day.

I had great service from both Hazel and Rob when I placed my order and called to check delivery. The handles I bought are great quality and were delivered promptly and well packaged.

Really happy with my order and customer service! One of the items I ordered was out of stock but I was informed of this very quickly and got given timeline of when the new batch is coming in. Handles came even before they said they would! And as it was a big order, the correct number of handles arrived (which sounds silly but can be an easy mistake to make). Very pleased with the product, delivery and customer service! Thank you 😊

Excellent Customer Service from Rob! I had a query regarding an item and Rob responded really promptly, was very friendly and helpful and helped reolsve my query. With many companies today you send a request and you hear nothing back, so it was very reassuring to know that if I had a query on my purchase I coudl contact someone.

Great customer service! This company went above and beyond in helping me over the phone (which they answered straight away). They very kindly talked me through how to take off a handle and re orientate it and were also helpful when an order which (through no fault of their own) wasn't the right finish. Quick and efficient, I would definitely recommend them.

I have just ordered new door handles for my whole house. Arrived promptly.
Had 3 minor issues. Emailed photos. They emailed back within the hour and said replacements would be sent out. They arrived a few days later and all now on and sorted.

Not best impressed. Did not receive order in time scale had to email to be told still in warehouse 5 days after delivery date. ?? Quality not great sent back but to my expense. Advised wasn't happy I should be charged for return after I paid £7 delivery but was ignored.

As a professional engineer I’m very particular about specifications and quality, I reviewed the (good) feedback on Trustpilot for this (new to me) company and bought a super pair of stainless steel cabin hooks for my new French doors and I will definitely be back again! Happy!
