We had the pleasure of having Janet Hadley, the founder of Choose Sunrise, speak at our recent employment law conference. Janet's session, "How can employers contribute to employees' wellness by offering alternative options?" was truly enlightening. Saw Janet recently speaking at a conference around employment law for charities and she brought some really interesting things to the table that perhaps hadn't been thought about in our arena before. We carried out over £2,600 worth of work for Janet, the owner of this company, and unfortunately, she has refused to pay us. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter amicably, we are now being forced to take further action.

It’s disappointing to see a company that promotes social responsibility and positive values failing to meet basic financial obligations to its service providers.

Choose Sunrise is a game changing forum for sobriety. Janet is amazing and so knowledgeable. The resources and group support are invaluable in early and ongoing sobriety. I always read people on Facebook groups saying if I can do it anymore can. I thought they must not be like me. Drinking must not be as big a part of their life as it is mine. Drinking was everywhere, every relationship, every event involved drinking. I’m now over a year sober and if I can do it anyone can. Janet started me on this journey in January 2022 and has been there throughout along with our choose sunrise support group. If drinking is taking more than it’s giving and deep down you know you would be better if without it chances are you would. Let Janet help and you won’t regret it!
